They took such good care of me, the first room had an issue that the handyman hadn't finished yet so they upgraded my room to one on the top floor. That night the people staying in the room adjacent to mine had an issue with the volume of my TV. SO the next morning when I was getting a delicious breakfast the front deskman asked how I was doing. I explained the noise situation and he found me a room and then offered to help move my luggage. Seriously top notch service, I would highly recommend this Beautiful hotel to anyone looking to live the high life.
My only complaint is that I couldn't spend more time. I was treated like royalty.

My room was dirty in two ways: 1) There were bread crumbs on the bed sheets, which makes me think the bed sheets were not changed at all 2) There was brown residue in the toilet when I first opened it up to use it
Don't be so quick to stay here...
The appearance was nice and located right off the freeway. Close to the convention center if that is your purpose.
The room had cobwebs in the corners. The beds had this adjustable setting to soften the beds which didn't seem to work; so it was like sleeping on a rock. They also don't honor Hilton Rewards if booked via third and inquired about this policy went unanswered to the general manager.

The hotel is clean and the staff is courteous but not especially helpful. The hotel is often swamped with overnight visitors on the way to a national park or other destination or for convention visitors as the convention center is next door.
I did not like the impersonal way a guest is treated nor their lack of interest in the welfare of their guests.
