10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived very early in the morning by train, straight from Frankfurt airport. After a very short walk from the train station, we were welcomed with a cup of coffee. Our room was not available yet, but they kindly stored our luggage and gave us advice on what to see and do in the mean time. When we arrived back at the hotel, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine was a nice touch while we checked in. We loved our spacious room and bathroom, the very comfortable beds, great breakfast and friendly staff - they made us feel so welcome for the two days we stayed here - a real home from home. We ate most of our meals in the very lively german restaurant at the Schloss. Good food (the best apple-strudel I have ever had), live music (piano in the afternoon and a band at night) and dancing. This place is clearly very popular and you should reserve your table well in advance. We had such a great time. Many thanks to the Breuer family who are actively involved in running this establishment.
Cons: Every thing was perfect, only thing we disliked, was to leave the place behind! Will definitely come back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!!! Probably the best hotel in Rudesheim! We will definitely return here in spring. First of all, the owners and the staff are extremely kind and helpful and always smiling which makes you feel at home. The location is perfect - 5-10 min walk to the crowded touristic areas so you can get there very quickly and at the same time enjoy your rest in the room. Own private parking area which is really a plus Great room - very new furniture, and although we were told it is one of the smallest double rooms, we found it very generous - also has a sitting place with a sofa. Really beautiful bathroom. Amazing breakfast - in a very beautifully decorated and furnished breakfast salon, with a large variety and extremely good quality food and on top of everything a machine for preparing your fresh waffle in 2 minutes.
Cons: Couldn't find anything we didn't like!

Pros: Lovely helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms and brilliant location in the centre of Rüdesheim, right next to all the restaurants and bars. Within easy walking distance of the train station (10 minutes maximum).
Cons: The only drawback was that the curtains didn’t pull across the whole window space in our room, so the light woke us up really early. Other than that, couldn’t fault it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Room great. Breakfast wonderful. Decoration everywhere was amazing.host was great. If you like ducks this hotel is for you. Enjoy.
Cons: Hotel appeared to be unmanned nighttime. Saying goodbye.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our short stay at the Hotel was a nice experience especially the breakfast buffet was superb. I cannot praise enough the helpful staff, and particularly Ella who went above and beyond what you would normally expect. She was greeting us with a smile every morning and despite being extremely busy found time for a small talk. She tried her best to accommodate our needs and wishes. We could not believe how energetic, approachable and friendly person she is which adds on to our Bruhl’s Hotel experience.
Cons: The decor in our room was outdated. Too many decoration pieces, particularly ducks, in the entrance hall and restaurant make the place look a bit old-fashioned.

7.9 Good
Pros: Price and location, great as a starting point for a river cruise, included breakfast was good.
Cons: Size of room and bathroom
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The people who run this hotel are wonderful; every restaurant recommendation turned out to be terrific, and they are just plain nice. And the location couldn't be better, on a quiet street but an easy walk to the Rhine or up to the chair-lift to the Niederwald Monument. The breakfast was lovely, and they made a special effort to decorate our table for my husband's birthday and poured out some bubbly! Even though there is an elevator, you will likely have to take your suitcase up or down a few stairs to get to your room, as the house was built in the 1700s: it's worth it. Also, there are only four hotel-owned parking spaces, so if you want one, say so at the outset. The bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to have Room 24, which has a freestanding bathtub right in the very large bedroom: impressive! It also has a rain shower, and a very efficient air conditioning unit with a remote control. Perfect for July. This was our two-day retreat for my husband's big birthday, and it was sublime.
Cons: Only two things. Room 24 has a glass door to the bathroom, which has a window without curtains (pebbled glass) -- so the daylight comes in very early in the summertime, and when there's light, I can't sleep. Fortunately, I had my eye mask along. Also, you can't get Internet in our room, probably due to the very thick 18th-century walls and the lack of a booster. However, the lobby had comfortable chairs and good Net access, so again, no real problem.

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, all amenities, clean and traditional.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, smart furniture and the breakfast was excellent. It was near the centre of town.
Cons: The room provided was above the busiest road through town and opposite a noisy bar. We asked if there was a swap available away from the road and they moved us to a room away from the road and said it was an upgrade and charged £30. The room was exactly the same size and furniture. Very limited car parking, which we were unable to get into. Also the bed was rock hard and there was no air (or Aircon) in the room unless you opened the window and suffered the traffic noise.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: From the outside and hallway interior, you think, old German style, stuffy. But nice new rooms, good kitchen, and as centrally placed as can be. Bonus tip: they share some family connections with the excellent Carl Ehrhard wine estate, so their restaurant has his wine at bonus prices. Enjoy.
Cons: Well, we stayed there during the late August heatwave. Without aircon, it was just too hot.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Two floors so kids had their own room. Nice breakfast.
10.0 Excellent

Breakfast was excellent and served in a dining room with a lot of character. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room had an odd layout. You entered into a very small room containing a table and chair, and the bathroom was located off of this room, but the sleeping area was up a flight of stairs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything specially the location
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location just a few minutes walk from river and restaurants. Parking available which is a benefit for us. Nice room.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very friendly family run hotel. Son and father (we think) very helpful in offering travel advice. Hotel immaculate although a bit dated. Noisy rooms with road and railways either side of Rhine valley. Affects most hotels along Rhine valley. Got used to noise after 1st night. We bought evening meals in the hotel on 2 nights and they were excellent. Hotel has small car park that fills up quickly. There is paid on street parking (0900 - 1800 ) outside the front of the hotel.Close to KD line ferry stop.
Cons: Quieter. Better ventilation in rooms without opening windows (and letting in noise)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and our room was very luxurious with air conditioning a large comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the Rhine. There was delicious bar of local chocolate and a hand written welcome note from the owner in our room. We had a very nice meal on the terrace overlooking the river on the evening we arrived. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of choice and could be taken on the terrace again.
Cons: There was nothing not to like here
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our initial staff assistance was amazing - tons of help beyond expectations and a great attitude. The location (town, river, easy street access, views) was simply the best. Our fourth floor balcony was great, and we had an amazing view of Schloss Burg Rheinstein and all the activities on the Rhine. Food at the restaurant was also outstanding, and they had a fine selection of Assmannshausen wines. Will definitely return.
Cons: For an international destination, a bit stronger English speaking skills by some staff would be nice. A bit more powerful air conditioning would be nice, but it did work pretty well given enough time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, loved the colors of the room, modern yet gemuetlich! Like coming home after a day of activities!
Cons: Cannot come up with anything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent

Cons: We visited the hotel at the end of July and fortunately the temperatures dropped out of the 40's celcius, because the hotel has no air conditioning.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect - simple and fulfilling. Location superb for walking around.
Cons: Unfortunately, it was the middle of the terrible heatwave, and there was no air-conditioning - but at least there was a fan in the room. No fault of the hotel.
7.3 Good
Pros: The room was a good size, extremely clean and warm and the bathroom had a good hot shower. Also the location was perfect for our stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: it was easy walking distance from the KD Rhein Dock, almost mid town, 3 small blocks from the Famous DrosselGasse street.
6.3 Good
Pros: The restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. At check out they helped me use their computer to access online checkin and print my boarding passes for Lufthansa. This was very helpful and more secure than using the internet cafe around the corner.
Cons: We booked a balcony room which did give us an outside room and a view of the Rhine but the outside room was also street noisy and I would probably avoid this in future. There was also a lot of elevator and water flushing noise in this room due to it being on the first floor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet, far enough from the train line that cross the whole town. Good located, good breakfast and very nice staff. I do recommend this hotel and intend to come back in the next vacation.
6.0 Good
Pros: We liked the location - very central and close to the Rhine cruises. Easy to walk into the small town.Comfortable room and easy parking in their car park.A good place to explore the Rhine. Great transport links if you need them.Friendly people as well. The trains run all night so it was great to be a little way away from the river to avoid being disturbed by the noise. You can easily spend a day in Rudesheim, but then there are lots of other places round about to visit. The Rhine cruises are very good if you like that sort of thing. A very beatiful area of Germany with many excellent castles to explore. The local wine is also worth the trip as it isn't that easy to find in other places.
Cons: It wasn't worth paying extra for the balcony - too small and just a view of a street. Some of the breakfast food wasn't very fresh (to be precise, the orange juice had gone off and the scrambled agg tasted of fish, but perhaps we were just unlucky and I am sure the hotelier would have put this right had we had the time to discuss this at the time, but we had a Rhine cruise nto catch). The area seems to be catering for/attracting mostly older people - not many young people in the area, but this didn't bother us.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very Friendly Staff,very helpfull.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: staff was very helpful; good location for christmas market
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: Excellent food
Cons: The parking facilities
6.0 Good
Pros: very nice breakfast, excellent location in center of city...located one block from trains....critical during hot weather when the windows are open...hotels located facing the train line (along the Rhine river) are very noisy
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: Good location. Lots of clean towels.
Cons: No shower curtains.

Pros: The size of the room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean. The location of the property in relation to the sights was fantastic. Very easy to get around, they also had onsite parking provided which was a huge plus for us and our rental car. Breakfast was delightful we love a good cheese and charcuterie spread when we travel Europe! The staff was so delightful and very help always wanting to make sure we felt welcomed and relaxed.
Cons: Although our view from our room was beautiful, there were a set of train tracks directly across the street from the property, and at night it was a little noisier than we prefer. However we were provided earplugs and the team there made a great effort to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay again but I would probably for go the view for an inward room.

7.9 Good
Pros: The view of the Rhine river and the location are perfect. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The inclusive german breakfast was good.
Cons: Can be a little bit noisy with trains going by. The European style pillow was too soft and light and no other pillow options were available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good and very close to the railway station as we did not have a car. Everything in the town was within walking reach of the hotel. We had a lovely view from the window of the Rhine. The railway station and a main road are also close by and could upset some people but it did not bother my husband or myself. We both had a very good sleep and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large and had chairs and a sofa also to relax on. It was a beautiful old building and the owners have kept a lot of the original features which gives you a feel of days gone by..We both adored the breakfast room which was a joy to sit in..we had a window seat with view of the Rhine. The breakfast was well worth it with everything you needed brought to your table. You could also help yourself to cereals, toaster, fruit , yogurt. However we did not need to because we had plenty of meats , cheese, large rolls and jam, coffee, tea and orange juice. The owners and all the staff were very attentive and spoke excellent English.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Pros: Perfect location with parking close by. Lovely room overlooking the restaurant. Great facilities and very helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Comfy beds although one of the pillows were very sad, not good at all. Very clean and breakfast nice. We would stay there again.
Cons: Our room was right on the street and while the evening were cool, we could not sleep with our window open due to the noise. I would ask for a diff. Room from rooms 4,5,or 6.

Pros: The room itself is fine and position is good
Cons: Shower was impossible to regulate, produced mostly just boiling hot water. Internet very poor, rarely worked in room and not much elsewhere. Food not great but pricy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hunting lodge in the forest above the Rhine River. Breathtaking view of the mountains and forest from the breakfast room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food is great, and the spa complex is wonderful, too. The hotel is in the middle of the forest, and surrounded by walking paths that lead to interesting viewpoints over the Rhine River. Fantastic place!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, nice outdoor restaurant, very good breakfast.
Cons: The ventilator in the room wasn't in great shape, very cheap, wobbly and noisy. So quite hot in the room. Also the room seemed smaller than expected, long and narrow. Quite some mice running around the hotel (none inside though); while they were kind of cute, perhaps a couple of cats wouldn't hurt.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing location, great staff, great food
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievable location in the Niederwald forest! Great views, great hiking! Historic hunting Schloss. Friendly and helpful staff. Fab bedding.
Cons: Interior decorating could use updating.
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms seemed romantic and cosy yet a bit old fashioned furnished.
Cons: The staff wasn’t friendly and seemed to only care about finishing their job and going home. Also totally overpriced as hot spot for tourists.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: In the middle of the forest it is very quiet. Nearly no car traffic. A very nice beergarden. Good dinner and excellent breakfast. Huge car park. It is only a short walk through the forest to lookoutpoints. There you have a great view over the Rhein valley towards Bingen.

7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast I would rate as average. The room was clean the bed was comfortable except the pillows were a bit flat.
Cons: It did not affect us too much saying here in September but in high summer the lack of aircon could be a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historic hotel centrally located in Rudesheim. *Staff went above and beyond to help us with information and directions. We knew very little German but the very kind gentleman who greeted us upon our arrived spoke very good english (he not only worked the front desk but he also cooked-he and the 2 ladies that worked the morning and evening shifts were one of the hardest working staffs I have ever observed!) He even set out an early breakfast for us when he realized we were leaving before breakfast to catch our flight in Frankfurt. Great Location! Walking distance to Boat docks for the Rhein River Day Cruise, wonderful shopping area and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious with a wonderful variety of choices. We also had a very nice dinner at the hotel the evening we arrived. Parking is tight but once again when the lot was full we were directed to another safe parking area just across the street. The hotel is not air conditioned if you are traveling when the weather is warmer but the temps were cooler for our stay. We opened the window and it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay at the Central Hotel again and happily recommend it to anyone traveling to this darling little town!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The in-house restaurant was very good and good value. The chef and staff dealt with my wife's dietary needs with efficiency and no fuss. Lukas was very helpful and pleasant and assisted all our enquiries.
Cons: Some confusion over car parking. The hotel policy changed the day we arrived and although booking had ceased some guests who were part way through their stay had reserved spaces. On the plus side one of the managers quickly gave me their personal parking space - so the problem was resolved :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very helpful. Close to the square, the Rhine boats and all the restaurants

Pros: We enjoyed our stay We ate dinner here and I have to say it was the best Schnitzel of all we had in Germany and we had a lot to eat. WE had a car so the location was fine for us. The hosts were wonderful people and we really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Everything was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lovely welcoming and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value.
Cons: It's quite difficult to f Ind so some directions from the centre of Rüdesheim would be helpful.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean, quiet place
Cons: The guesthouse is in the distance from the town centre, in residential district, in evening there nothing to do - after 8 p.m. hotels restaurant kitchen is closed, to reach other restaurants is problem. The breakfast was poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are very friendly. Foods in restaurant is good. White wine from own wine yard is cheap and nice. Very near to tourist attraction spots.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was quiet, and had a nice view.
Cons: Upon arriving I called the hotel for directions. I was told to take a cab or ask a local. The hotel is located at least 25 minutes from town, walking up several steep hills. If you don’t have a car, walking downhill into down isn’t too bad, but returning especially at night you will need to take a cab. We are young and in shape. This especially is not a good choice for anyone who can’t handle steep hills . I prepaid breakfast and when I checked in I was told breakfast began at 8:00am. I let them know immediately Ed could not have breakfast the second morning as we had a train at 9:0O. When checking out we noticed the breakfast charge had not been removed. We were told they had already paid bookings. Hearing this, and it was 7:50 am I asked if we could quickly make something to go. Unhappily she said ok. It really would have been nice if she had offered to put together a to go box for us knowing our situation in advance.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful typical guesthouse in Rüdesheim, close to the vineyards and the convent. Exceptional service especially from Frau Grancher. Walking distance from the city center. You can take a small tour to the wine cellar and have a wine tasting. Very good food at the restaurant
Cons: Not enough soap is provided for daily showers. The breakfast is good but not very varied.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Near the Abbey, near bus station
Cons: Ground floor, high humidity
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking easily accessible in front of pension. Breakfast decent.
Cons: 20 minute uphill from town and 15 minute down to town. Thought it was in the middle of vineyard, rather than in front of one. Terrible wi-fi...kept going in and out. Towels skimpy, limited soap. Pilliwslarge and lumpy. No bath mat first day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very attractive building at the back of the town, our room had fabulous views over the vineyard and Abbey. Restaurant/bar and courtyard beer garden are very attractive and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We requested a later checkout and this was possible, for which we were very grateful. The dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent quality and good value; we had a bottle of their own wine which, again, was delicious and not expensive. The beds were comfortable and we slept well (until the church bells at 5am!!!! Not the hotel's fault!) Free parking outside the hotel was a bonus.
Cons: The breakfast was a little disappointing - no hot food (apart from boiled eggs), no toasting facilities and a lack of fresh fruit. Quite a walk into town and uphill on the way back!!

Pros: The family room is classic and larger than we expected. The room is very clean with modern bathroom. The restaurant is a wonderful place to have dinner: with a very nice view of Rhine river. The location is great: close to a lot of local attractions.
Cons: The room we stayed in is close to the railway. We left the windows open and at 4AM we can hear people working on the railway. The noise is greatly reduced if the windows are closed. The restaurant menu has an English version but only with limited choices.

Pros: location in wine area
Cons: missing refrigerator in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was delightful.
Cons: Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, tidy, the toilet/shower was modern with hot water, Breakfast and evening meal were good, there was a good outside terrace, and a partially screened space which over looks the Rhine. We were welcomed and well looked after.
Cons: There is a train line behind the hotel which operates around the clock, but we had the window open, but this did not bother us too much.

Cons: facing the train station, rather noisy, can’t sleep well
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location alongside the Rhein; secure parking for motorcycle in cellar
Cons: Definitely needs better (or more) pillows
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was phenomenal. Best fish I've had in a long time- and it was spargelzeit :) Breakfast was also very nice. It took a long time for the hot water to come into the shower, but when it did it was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The train noises were loud but manageable, even with the window open. The train station was directly outside our window, too.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast. Staff was pleasant, if not terribly available. Room was beautiful.
Cons: Do you know what a train coming through your bedroom sounds like? Stay here and find out! Location is right off of a very busy road, separating the hotel from the view(s). Train line runs right behind the property -- very very noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast, great views of the Rhein from Room #4, and super-close to the train station! It was a big plus for us to be able to rent bikes at Reception (10 Euro/day)!
Cons: Nothing! Even dinner on the terrace was excellent! The Buddy Burger was massive and awesome for sharing!
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, River view is fantastic! Very peaceful, miles away from another town which crowded with tourists. Parking is close by.
Cons: A bit old decoration, but acceptable. You get what you pay for.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, food, and music
Cons: Noise from next door restaurant/bar - went on til the middle of the night.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Didn’t like two beds pushed together to make a double. It should have been a queen size bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about our stay was great. They were able to let us check in very early which was wonderful as we were very early and also not feeling well. They had a great parking spot for us for only 5€ a day. We even got a bigger room than we booked. It is literally in the heart of the town. Breakfast was also great!!!

Pros: The location is excellent. Stuff is nice, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. It's possible to park a bike on the territory of the hotel. The room is big and comfortable as well as the bed.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Close proximity to town highlights.
Cons: No elevator, teeny, tiny room - couldn’t open both suitcases at the same time! And extremely hard mattresses. Other rooms may be better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the apartment. The location was excellent, right next to the church near the marketplace. The value for money was great and the apartment was very large.
Cons: There were no photos of the stairs in the apartment. They ended up being open stairs made of slippery marble which would normally be fine, but with two young kids we were always a bit scared one of them would fall down them. Also from the photos I assumed there were two levels, however there were three: the bathroom, laundry and kitchen are on the ground floor, dining and living was the first floor, and bedroom upstairs. It was slightly inconvenient to cook downstairs and bring all your food and cutlery up for every meal.
7.9 Good
Pros: Is clean
Cons: The staff is not friendly enough.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very nice.
Cons: We didn't like that were accommodate in another building and had to walk outside to get to the breakfast. We were not informed about this in advance. Also the heating did not work, so we felt cold in the room and bathroom as well.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good
Cons: It was not clear during booking that this was a guesthouse room separate from the hotel, so there were hardly any amenities. Wifi was not good, bed was not comfortable. There was no complementary water or arrangements for making a cup of tea in the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the guest house a minute walk from the hotel. It was quiet and clean and a few minutes walk from the small town with restaurants and shops
Cons: Parking was extra
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness and decor of the apartment was stunning. It's location was excellent. Near the Drosselgasse, seilbahn and Eiscafe Terrano on the banks of the Rhine. Simply wonderful.
Cons: Wifi never worked for the duration of of stay which was problematic and stressful with online check in as data also only worked intermittently also for some reason. As our apartment was adjacent to St.Jacob's we could hear the church bells which were to say the least excessive. . . They rang out every quarter hour from 7am to 7pm daily. A smile when greeted would be very welcome.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good Location Modern Facilities
Cons: Note: REVIEW of "Apartment" not "Apartment Guesthouse" On arrival, we were allocated the other apartment to what we booked (Booked "Apartment Guesthouse", got "Apartment") Hosts refused to switch us to the one we'd booked despite us showing printout of booking - said you are not booking a specific apartment - BEWARE. "Apartment" with Black Kitchen is on 3 floors, with bedroom up steep stairs and bathroom on lowest floor. Cannot stand up straight on the floor with bedroom, no room at all to move around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything lovely, - accommodation, food, staff, town, all amazing and will definitely visit again
Cons: Nothing to dislike x

7.1 Good
Pros: lovely location overlooking the river . close to railway station and landing stage for river excursions.
Cons: seemed to give preference to group bookings. we were moved from our table at breakfast , although it did not have a reserved card on it. we were told that the table was reserved for someone else.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful, hotel was well situated and breakfast was very good.
Cons: A little noisy but that was due to the location of the hotel and the room we were allocated. Neither is a criticism as I only booked 24 hours ahead.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A good hotel with views on the Rhein (and a small balcony in the room), free water provided. There is also a bar open till late night (rare thing in this area), and a municipal parking just around the corner (free parking from 6 pm till 9 am next day).
Cons: No breakfast

Cons: Sometimes there’s nobody at the front desk.

Pros: A comfy place to stay after long flights from Australia with room for luggie - my husband's mobility scooter excellent location next to where we were hopping on a boat to go down Rhine to Koblenz the next day
Cons: Pity about the good trains going past in the night, with windows closed not too bad bt it would have been nice to have the windows open and not use the fan
6.7 Good
Pros: Fun town and on the Rhine.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Small room. Noisy outside. About a two star hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location super central, to the old town only a few meters to walk. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff super friendly. Rooms were small, but very clean, even having the railway as neighbour the rooms to the rear side were very quiet and the view over the old town nice.
Cons: At this time in Germany it was very hot (39 degrees!). Ok, for Germany this is very extreme, but the fan provided could not really cool us down. An aircondition would certainly not be a disadvantage.
6.7 Good
Pros: The Hotel is on the Rhine, main road and train line, within two minute walk to the historic part of town, everything was within easy access.
Cons: Trainline can be a bit noisy, parking in the Hotel is a hassle, better off in the Main car park

Pros: Very quaint little hotel in a very interesting little town. Wandered the streets, restaurants everywhere. Hotel gave us a drink upon arrival, a fruit punch. Quite tasty with a hint of cinnamon. Had a free wine tasting at their wine store, 3 different wines. Young man at reception was very nice. Staff were all very pleasant, including Katya at wine tasting. Good breakfast. Fresh croissants.
Cons: We had the upgraded double room, but even though it was roomier, there was very little room to get around foot of the bed. Noise from room above from heavy feet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Greeted with a glass of wine. Wonderful location at the top of the best street in town. Rooms were nice and slept well. Woke to a wonderful breakfast.
Cons: WiFi was a bit spotty in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rudesheim is a pretty town on the Rhine and the B&B was in the middle of it. Gave us a complimentary drink on our check in.
Cons: Couldn't take advantage of the breakfast as we had to leave very early to catch a plane but no alternatives were available -- a cup of coffee would have been appreciated.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The dining patio was lovely as was the food.
Cons: No Wi-fi in the rooms. No shades or curtains in the single room bathroom which overlooked the dining patio and faced the road.
7.1 Good
Pros: Front desk staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and as we waited for our room to be ready.
Cons: Our room wasn't ready at check in time, took almost two hours beyond, and then when we finally did get to the room the cleaning staff was bringing us wet towels and saying the dryer was broken... Also, while our room was large, it was in desperate need of remodeling, and repair in some places...and especially the bathroom...which was in need of repair, remodeling, and deep cleaning. You can see that other sections of the hotel had been remodeled (modern windows, double pane glass, etc.)...so perhaps this section will be done in the hopefully not too distant future. Additionally, seemed they were short of staff and which may have had an impact during this busy time of year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: white wine for welcom
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and appearance typical traditional German style.
Cons: Found hotel via Trivago, booked as said WiFi in rooms plus a kettle, but neither available at time.
