Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
The parking seemed expensive (8 Euros an evening).
Breakfast was standard European fare with meats, breads, cheeses vegetables and fruit. They had a cereal bar. They had scrambled eggs (which I did not like as they were prepackaged I am sure) and bacon and sausage. The room we had, had air conditioning but that was not the case with rooms my friends were in so always ask. The view was nice. The room was clean enough. The bed had a duvet on it and was clean. The receptionist spoke English very well and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast server was extremely friendly and served us very well but she did not speak English which was not a problem for us as I speak enough to get by. We also liked the decor in the lobby, it was interesting. The lobby elevator was beautiful. We loved the bar. We did not eat dinner there so we don't know about the restaurant food. The location was fantastic! You can walk to all the eating places and vino bars!
There was no parking available when we got there. They have only a few spots for 8 euro a day, but you can't reserve them ahead of time, apparently it is the luck of the draw to get one. There is parking in areas close by, you can park at one for 15 euros for 24 hours. However, the street parking around the front of the hotel is only available in 2 hour increments. Also not all the rooms offer air conditioning so make sure you ask for that ahead of time if it is important to you. The bathroom is very small. You don't get wash cloths and the soaps are in dispensers which I don't think is very good with the covid situation. Our room was comfortable but not fancy.
Very clean rooms. Excellent reception.
Very helpful and friendly reception. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Excellent location.
location good. view is good if you book the lux suite.
The sink was so dirty. I took many photos as proof. I called the lady to come upstairs, she told me it is not dirty, it is broken. Unbelievable bad behavior. And later someone come to cleaned up. honestly, during holiday I am searching for happiness, but not someone aggress me when they make a fault and give ridiculous excuse.
Room was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Hotel is several minutes away from the center. Staff was kind. The room was clean.
I wish there was a kettle for making coffee.
