A lovely hotel in the heart of Rome. A really excellent value for money experience. The staff was super helpful and the rooms simple and clean.
Loved the facilities and excellent location
Bed was a little hard and we had to go down the street for breakfast
Great room for the whole family. Perfect location
Location was good
There was no hot water at all and the pressure of the shower was terrible. We complained on the first morning and the reception said they would fix it which they did not. There was no hot water throughout the stay and so complained again on check out on day 3 (no one at reception on day 2 to complain). The reception on day 3 states they have had issues with the boiler and so they knew about this - this should have been told to us on check in. The manager said he would not give us any sort of refund. This seems outrageous for a hotel who knew their boiler was not working properly and is essential for any hotel to provide hot water. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate staff who are happy to allow guests to not have essential hot water.
Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. In reality, we walked everywhere except the Vatican and that was a €10 cab fare. Bit of a pain with the external toilet/shower, but we coped and it wasn’t too hard.
Small lift and it doesn’t really go to the floors for luggage. Wouldn’t be suitable for disabled people who can’t do stairs.
