This was our first trip to Rome and we were a bit nervous of where to stay. We got it spot on. This hotel is in a small side road and you would nearly miss the entrance but it is beautiful once you step inside. The entrance is clean and stylish. There is a small desk at the end of the corridor that is manned 24hours and we always found helpful staff there. There is a lift and we were on the third floor. Again the decor is stylish and looks newly done. I was staying with my two children so had asked for a more private bathroom as some rooms from the reviews I had read have an open bathroom - but my request was granted and we had a great room. Originally the room was for four but only three of us went. There was a large bed - maybe Queen size? Then a settee which turned into a bed and a rollout bed from underneath. One of the reasons I choose this hotel was because it could sleep four without a sofa bed. These beds were very comfy and the main bed divine. We had a main bedroom with all the sleeping beds in and this also had a small balcony which we could open for fresh air. Loved this. Around the corner we had a desk, large wardrobe and a fridge- the contents which are free great idea and if you then want it refilled you pay. The bathroom was just off this area- a large shower to the right and a toilet and bidet to the left with a separate door. The shower was open but if you were in the sleeping area while someone showers then it’s fine. Overall a really good size room. The first day we left early for a tour and the hotel kindly gave us a breakfast bag which was great. The second day we were down for breakfast around 8 and the selection I thought was great. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that point- yes it is small and I am not sure how it would be in peak season. The selection was great- rolls, pastries, fresh fruit, fresh juices cereals, meats. Choice of coffee and different eggs- this may have been additional charge but we didn’t have.
Not a lot we didn’t like which is good. Maybe the shower could of been more powerful- also a bit dark in the area you dress by the wardrobe. That’s about it!

No gym, internet speed
The location is excellent. Close to the major tourist attractions in Rome and with plenty of restaurants and gelato stores close by. The hotel's approach is a little inconspicuous but the facilities were great. The breakfast was great as well.
The lighting in the room was a little dim. Some of the bulbs were not working. Also, the soundproofing in the room was not great as we could hear noises from the corridor and the street outside regularly.
Location was awesome and for Rome, the rooms where so specious and totally new all in all; great value for money for business it is a very bad choice as there is no real lobby
No lobby he Staff was really mediocre electricity went off the guys at the reception did not understand good English
Great location, helpful staff, great value for money
