Aside from its great location (close to attractions and the Vatican) it was extremely clean. The staff was extraordinary; we had a premium room booked, when we got into the room I found out it was not on the main street side, and honestly our booking did not mention any view of the street. However, I went and asked if it was possible to change the room to have a view of the street and enjoy the balcony. The staff were not only very helpful and friendly, but the next day I got a free breakfast for two (was not included in booking) and they upgraded us to a junior suite!!! Which was a very nice gesture from them! I definitely recommend this amazing hotel, and if i ever go to Rome again i would stay with them!
Location was great, was given an upgrade also with lovely views and a balcony, which was great, nice quiet side of the hotel, all good.
Breakfast, needs more organisation, eg making sure you have tea, breakfast needs topping up regularly,eg hams and cheese etc, you need to keep eggs, bacon etc hotter as were left luke warm, and clear tables sooner lots were left with dirty plates on. Check your bill, they overcharged me be over $50 euros for restaurant meal I did not have and I refused to pay as had eaten elsewhere and had card receipt to prove it, but it was sorted in the end.
The room was not at all clean, we tried opening the air conditioning and black pieces of mould were coming out of the machine on the ceiling. We had a big issue with the water in the shower. Trying to shower in warm water and hot water was coming out and changing in cold right away. The front desk man was of no help what so ever. Once we got there the concierge was rude and completely disregard what I was saying by serving someone else at the same time. The elevator was dirty, floors had dirt stains that looked not washed for a while. Overall, would not recommend this to anyone whether it’s for a business, couples or family trip.
We got upgraded into a major suite ! Extremely comfortable and luxury hotel! Amazing appartamento! Spectacular view of San Pietro , piazza Venezia ... Espresso machine and kettle Close to everything Amazing bed / mattress and memory pillows super comfy all together! Thank you
It was minor issues really Not enough light
Out-dated bathroom with black mold has really small water pressure. Also the shower consistently changes temperature. Can’t take a decent shower. People in the front desk was very impolite and unfriendly, especially the old guy who checked us in.
