The hotel staff were helpful. It is close to the terminal train station.
The towels were so threadbare that they ripped in half when using.
The hotel was ideally located for trams, buses and trains. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room opened up onto a nice size patio.
Stairs, no lift.
Location and very helpful at the reception
because of not having a room in the hotel the price should have been cheaper
5 minutes from Termini and very close to attactions. Breakfast is good, decent choises. Safe in room to lock valubles in. Will stay here again if we return to Rome.
Bathroom is small and shower drainage backs up. Have to leave key with front desk.
good location, helpful staff, relatively quiet enviornment, good to have a room with balcony
breakfast is really morderate, there is space for improvment, room can be more clean
poor breakfast, small breakfast lounge, lots of stairs (no allivator)
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day and the shower was good.
The hotel room was on the 4th florr and there was no lift. It appeared to be separate from the main body of the hotel. The room had poor sound insulation. The hotel was expensive for what was on offer.
I liked the room, although slightly aged, it was airy and cool and a nice place to relax even on hot days.
The room was awkward to get to, it required notifying the hotel front desk of arrival, exiting the hotel and entering a different door by being buzzed in. Also, 5 flights of stairs without a lift was hard work with heavy bags. Breakfast was sometimes difficult to get a table at peak times.
the location was very good with easy walking access to everything exept the Vatican
The noise level on our room which faced a busy street was very high. We didn't sleep much other than between the hours of 1-4 am when it was finally a little quiet.
