Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the city center and Termini station, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Some reviews mention friendly or helpful staff and good value for the price. However, there are frequent complaints about the breakfast, which is often described as insufficient or not as advertised. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms clean and staff polite, while others report issues with hygiene and lack of reception. Room size is generally considered adequate for the price, though some found rooms small or basic. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and affordability, but improvements are needed in breakfast, cleanliness, and service consistency.
