Pros (+) The staff was so helpful and amazing! Everyone we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Luca helped us get a special deal on a train and book it in advance to our next stop. They made our stay so much more comfortable with their amazing service.
Cons (-) The only issue I had was that the rooms are very small, this seems to be normal with boutique hotels. It was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great stay or ask for a larger room!
