Pros (+) We've stayed in many hotels but the staff is incredible at this hotel. From the front desk, bell hops, cafe and cleaning staff everyone was very pleasant and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. If you're going to Rome you've got to stay here.
