Fantastic room with an amazing terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view over Rome. Such a unique experience. very relaxing. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is really incredible. At walking distance from the Vatican.
All was perfect.
It is situated near the vatican city and Castel Sant'Angelo and 15 to 30 min walk from other attractions. The staff are very friendly special thanks to Svetlana in front disk and Mohammad Saif for preparing taxis. Breakfast was nice but you have to order omelette with extra payment. The hotel has a modern interior style, very clean and comfortable. I liked the wonderful and relaxing hotel's garden.
The location was excellent and since we had a rental car, it was amazing to be able to drive up and valet. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, the grounds were lovely.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work. :( And Rome is a hot place to be in the summer.
The property location and check-in was easy
The price was high as compared to the facilities
The property looks nice
Rooms are very small for a 5* hotel. There is a tiered system that you only find out once you are there that means that even though you paid a huge amount per night, you only get a part of the available breakfast included. Omelets, pankaces and other typical things are all not included. The jacuzzi is also not included, the pool is not heated, the jacuzzi, even if you pay extra is not warm enough. It feels that for what is supposed to be a 5* luxury hotel the Vue for money is very very poor. Also, the hotel is in the top of a hill, so if you are going with someone with a accessibility issues you have to rely on a taxi to get out or in of the hotel.
