Great hotel, great location!
Fantastic staff; great service! Clean, new rooms.
Buggy false fire alarm rang throughout the hotel for over an hour in the middle of the night. But staff was very attentive while we waited for the fix.
Location was excellent. Hotel was clean. All employees were very friendly (parking, front desk and room service).
Hotel policy not family friendly for families larger than 4. We are a family of 5 (3 small kids). Hotel wants families such as ours to book two rooms (no more than 4 people per room). It is already expensive to travel as a family. This is not where hotels should be placing their effort to make an extra euro.
The hotel was undergoing a TOTAL renovation. Scaffolding on ALL the windows. The pool was out of commission. The rugs and furniture in all three rooms we were shown were in tatters and stained. VERY cagey reception with NO disclosure of the state of the place. Finally after many attempts, the manager arranged for us to switch to a sister hotel which was fine. This was after many unreturned phone calls and being told she was unavailable. Only after I informed her that I was a journalist did anything progress.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was excellent....helpful and very friendly. The young man tending bar at the rooftop bar, Lorenzo, was exceptional. Pay him a visit.
No complaints
This hotel shouldn't be classified as a 5 star/luxury hotel. Very old furniture/tv/no luxury stuff in the room. Hotel molto scarso, meriterebbe a fatica le 4 stello. Sicuramente non è un hotel di lusso: stanze piccole, vecchie, con pochissimi servizi (la tv non è neanche a schermo piatto).

We had an interconnecting family room which was well appointed and the bathrooms were very nice. The downstairs spa is great but the gym is not really a gym with just a treadmill and a weigh station. The bar and restaurant are good and the location is excellent - 15 min walk to main shopping area and plenty of restaurants nearby.
I like the location of it and the worm design and the lights and the rooms are comfortable
Yes there is no wirless in the hotel and there a computer in buisness center only one and its mouse doesnot work good
Balcony of deluxe suite
No bbc, cnn etc for news. no English speaking tv shows
The Hotel is located close to the metro and in a great location for shopping and access to the sites. The hotel has been renovated and is very funky
Bar & Restaurant staff where very poor. Sat for 15-20 minutes and never got offered and service.
Amazing design. Luxury
clean hotel over-all.
bathroom tiles could be cleaned up a bit. location-the street it is on is a bit grim.
A very modern & quiet hotel, out of the main city, but easily accessible to bus & metro. Staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel was very expensive for drinks & food, and this clearly obvious with hardly anyone in the bar or restaurant.
Generally everything was ok only one complain, pls see below
no i-net connection in the room, price for i-net use for common PC was Incredibly high, PC are very old
Contemporary stle, location
Small room, cheap tv (not flat screen), poor gym & pool opening hours (only opened at 9am), poor value breakfast
