The facility was excellent but it clearly needed some TLC. There were many signs of “needs updating” throughout the common areas. We would definitely stay here again and would pay more to help cover the updating costs.
Very bad wifi.
Bathroom had a lot of light. Just wish the room had some of this light. Room and bathroom good size.
WiFi very bad! Almost unusable. Probably more comfortable beds in prison! No temp. controls in room. Room was very hot! Dirty carpets everywhere. Room was dark even with all lights on.
Good quality hotel with good location close to airport. The Shuttle service was a bonus and worked well.
Although the room was clean, the room had a smell of smoke which was quite unpleasant.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG.
I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
Old decor, but the essential coforts and requireme
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed.
I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere.
The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
No free internet
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep
well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was.
I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful.
Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
close to the airport and the transport into paris centre was great
shuttle service; park-like surroundings; comfortable room
not really. The room was fine except that there were cigarette burns on the (cheap) bedspread. Points off for that kind of carelessness.
