They should have tea& coffee facility in the room, every hotel have this facility even 4 star hotel and this is a 5 star

The upgraded rooms are very modern, clean and have great view of the Sugar mountain. However, make sure that you are on a high floor otherwise you will have one window facing directly into a road at your level. Staff was very helpful.
The location is NOT for tourists. Far from the tourist vibe of rio, and far from a good beach. The pictures do not tell you that you will be between 3 very busy roads, and between you and the sea there will be 10 lanes of traffic. The rooftop is very small, tiny swimming pool. The building is not the highest in the erea.
