Novotel RJ Praia de Botafogo

Breakfast was good staff were friendly ,

no pool and the beach was closed due to bad water quality so this was a major issue , the bar was small in the lobby no atmosphere waited long times to be served no Alcohol free lager in the hotel

The area is good and safe. Lots of restaurant and shopping around this area. Also the receptionists, specialy the late shift were really helpful and the english conversation was pretty good. T

Again the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant is completely overchallenged if the hotel is almost booked out. Cleaning of the tables and prepare the dishes and cuttlery for the next guests is almost impossible. You have to ask and wait and this doesn't make the start of the day to a happy moment. Furthermore, this planty of AC's in this small restaurant annoys you with strong blowing cold air. Better to take a coat with you. Also the hotel seems not to be well equiped with towles. Some were torned already and sometimes it wasn't enough put into our room. ( most of the towels had a print of IBIS hotel :-) ). For a novotel usaly a no go but after our request we got good towel in the right amount.
