Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, beautiful decor, and stunning rooftop views as standout features of the hotel. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and appreciated the tranquil atmosphere. However, several reviews mention that the location, while scenic and close to attractions, can be difficult to access and is near a favela, which led to some concerns about safety and transportation. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it limited or disappointing. The pool and rooftop areas are often praised for their views, though the pool itself is sometimes described as small or more decorative than functional. Overall, the positive service and ambiance make for a memorable stay, despite some logistical drawbacks.
