Breakfast is fine, location is quite convenient
Huge queue to lifts..I had some wrong advise regarding location of the beach from staff, air-conditionier is too noisy impossible to sleep

Front desk was exceptional service.
Service was not great at all. Maids only cleaned the room 2 while there an entire week. We asked for toilet paper and it literally took them an hour.

Decent sized room and bathroom. Air conditioned. Friendly, helpfull staff. Breakfast was included. Location was perfect for Carnival and a taxi rank was right out side, super helpful.
The pictures of the pool and bar up stairs are very deceiving. The bar was never opened. The ATM in the lobby didn't work.
