The breakfast was amazing.
Outside the location nearby , lots of homeless people and very dirty and scary to walk alone.

The best feature by far was the included breakfast buffet! Attractively laid out fresh fruits, breads, cakes, cheeses, sliced lunchmeats and pastries in addition to scrambled eggs and and sausage or chicken nuggets. There's assorted cereals and oats and several juices and "energy" juices and teas. WONDERFUL hot coffee. Constantly refreshed! Our server Tiago was wonderful and the restaurant manager was on top of everything. She was amazing (wish I could remember her name)!
The desk staff were not polite or friendly with the exception of Orlando who was very warm, friendly and professional.

Staff were very good
Put in a room next to a very noisy exhaust fan motor from the restaurant. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the bed had a broken sharp metal spring poking through into my back. Complained to the reception who told me no rooms available. A porter checked the room and agreed it was unacceptable. A new room was then found nearby which was located next to the noisy airconditioner fans servicing the foyer, at least the bed was ok. Very disappointed.
