Hotel Ervill

The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and due to our original request was reserved for us on a top floor and with a sea view. Also, the breakfast and the waiting staff were both very nice.

Despite listing free parking among its facilities, the hotel has only a very small parking lot suitable just for a few cars. As a result (and this not being mentioned at all in the hotel's description), most of the guests have to find their own parking in the full streets of Marebello. The same applies to rooms with a sea view, not all have a sea view even though the hotel lists sea view among its room facilities. Also, the hotel is not on a beach front as advertised, but about two blocks away from the beach. When we asked the reception lady about these inconsistencies and wanted to sort the parking problem with her help, she was very offensive and instead of offering us a solution only quarelled, asked us if she should be reparking our car, the whole time talked to us in an annoyed tone and with rolling eyes and then talked about us to her colleague behind our backs as we were passing the reception area the next morning - all absolutely unprofessional and totally unwelcome. Also, after her shift that earlier day, a cleaning lady stopped at the reception seeing we were trying to sort the parking issue. Alongside with the receptionist lady, she also tried to "educate" us about what a free parking offered by a hotel means. This was furthermore very unprofessional and absolutely unnecesaary. In the end, we had to call booking.com for help as the receptionist lady with her impolite manners and zero help attitude was doing the very opposite.
