Pros (+) The owner was very responsive to all questions, and made me right at home. The room and house were very clean and comfortable. The owner even helped me with scheduling an early morning taxi on my last day.
Cons (-) The location was just over zoning lines for taxi fares from the airport so the cost was a little more expensive. This wasn't a deal breaker.
