Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and generally friendly staff as positive aspects. However, cleanliness is a significant concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some guests also experienced issues with breakfast quality and availability, as well as maintenance problems with amenities such as elevators and ice machines. While some found the service to be good, others reported inconsistent experiences. Overall, the location and bed comfort are appreciated, but cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
