The hotel staffs were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the apartments which are about 1 km from the main hotel. These apartments appeal to the people not looking for more luxury, but they are suits for who looking for silence,tranquility, and who wants to get out of from the chaos of the big cities. The see, nature and coastline were wonderful, fabulously clean
...Two things worth to make a critic are breakfast which wasn't reach and the very difficult rough path between the hotel and the apartments. your car could be suffered from the some damages:)) nevertheless without car, transport could be difficult in any case.
Luckily it was a short stay.
We did not get the room we've booked - instead they gave us a appartment about 30 min walk from hotel. Appartment was not bad, but it was not a "hotel service'" - it was not cleaned, towells ware not changed, there was no pool, you had to ride a dirt road to get there, etc. Of course they tried to charge us as it was normal hotel room (we refused, and after some negotiations they agreed - super ;) This is quite smart, as they are selling "hotel apartments" on booking side, and actually giving you normal apartments, which you could rent half a price in local area. Simply put - if you had to go to capo vaticano, choose some other hotel.
Our family had a nice holiday at this hotel. Everything was ok and the staff and managment took personal care to see that everybody was satisfied..The Italian cuisine made by their cooks was excellent.
Found staff very pleasant. Stayed in self catered apartments which are about 1km from hotel. These were clean and tidy and well equipped. I found it to be good value for money.
Great location , reasonable price and fantastic sea and rocks view, Wi-Fi availability.
