The property is literally on the marina. You get an gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains in the skyline. We were blown away by the view. You’re within walking distance of ANYTHING that you’d want to see in Reykjavik. There’s also a bus shelter right outside of the doors that all day trip drivers can pick you up at. It was extremely convenient and hassle free for our long days. The breakfast is a decent little spread in case you need a bite before any exploring or day trips.
The room and bathroom are VERY SMALL! But we made it work and it gets the job done.

But why would you want to spend a lot of time in your room when your on vacation? The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities -- breakfast area, bar, lobby, deli, cinema, etc. -- were comfortable and clean. From our room we had a fascinating view of a 178-foot fishing trawler undergoing refurbishment, perfectly apt for the marina setting. Easy to walk everywhere with great restaurants nearby. We'd stay again!
