Excellent location Helpful staff Lovely breakfast
Room door key was abit dodgey but I suspect it’s a one off
Art around the hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff
Poorly maintained for example lightbulbs requires changing , dusty, small rooms. Very bad sound insulation, you can hear every footfall outside on the street, even though it is a relatively quiet street.
Nice hotel located in downtown, not modern but got a nice old world feel to it, short walks to the shops and sights. Upgraded to a junior suite as it was for my 60th birthday. Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant wasn't available a couple of nights, would have been nice to have been able to use it especially when out on day long excursions.
Amazing staff, decor and history of the place, accommodated a very early arrival, and requests. Love the amazing artwork found throughout.
No temperature control in room. Conditioner bottle and soap bottle didn’t work and was not replaced at housekeeping. Room was made as a double and was booked as a twin.
Perfect hotel, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, bath amenities etc. Very close to central street and other things.
Elevator looks a little bit outdated but it doesn't matter
