Swimming pool, location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location, good price. Good selection of food.
Some bugs in the room and food, also it was a group of male dark guests ,which looked suspicious like PIMPs and watched all the young ladies. Some of the food wasn't the best quality.
had a fantastic 11 days would recommend this Hotel, The rooms were clean .Nice shower, and very helpful and hard working staff, always smiling , the food was always very nice
We cordially thank and embrace Mrs. Maria, who is a very intelligent person. We rarely meet such a professional. And we travel a lot in the world. Apart from the things I described that I do not like, everything else was great. The food is wonderful. Clean too. Good place for families with children. Large pool and pool for children separately. Excellent for a 3 star hotel.
It is not the typical all inclusive hotel. You have certain meal times. Breakfast 8:00 - 10:00, lunch 12:30 - 14:00, dinner 18:30 - 21:00. Beer, wine and soft drinks 8:00 - 23:00. Vodka, cognac and ouzo 19:00 - 23:00. Nothing else out of this time. Can not get ouzo for lunch. You can not even get ice after 23:00. The Internet is very slow during the day when everyone is awake. For 500 MB I had to download at 2:00 at night. Read the hotel's conditions well. For an air conditioner, an extra charge of EUR 8 per day is required. There is no place on the beach. It pays extra. Perhaps our criteria are high, but as Mrs. Maria's from the reception says: “It’s great for a 3 star hotel”.
The staff were amazing. Faultless and went out of their way to help us. They actually made our holiday perfect. Me and my girlfriend have a shared birthday and when we entered our room we had flowers champagne balloons and a cake. The place was spotless well maintained. Also another great point whenever we were going out for a day they would have a packed lunch for us to take.
Downsides were: the only alcohol was the beer which has practically 0 alcohol in it (drank about 10 in the space of a couple hours not a thing felt) and vile wine. All other drinks had to be paid for plus the cocktails €4 each had rip off booze in. Also food was catered for German mainly and wasn't great but can't complain as there was enough choice to keep us going.
large variety of food in the buffet meals, the staff are very welcoming, good location. good parking. great sun lounging areas, the value for money with this place is outstanding!
This was my first experience of an all inclusive hotel, never mind a cheap one! we were a little culture shocked by the kinds of people that were staying in this place. at times we felt awkward.
