Personal was very friendly and professional.
It was a very nice location and the staff were wonderful. The more mature lady that normally works in the daytime was really helpful in telling us where things were and suggesting places to go.
The beds were uncomfortable. They push two twin beds together to make a double/queen. The air condition does not stay on. It's cycles to low so you have to keep pushing the booster which only allows it to turn on for about 10 minutes and then it goes back to low. The water took forever to get hot in the bathroom sink. The shower however, got hot right away. There was nowhere to put your suitcase other than the couch. The breakfast was average.
This is a lovely property run by an efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast could be enjoyed in a private open air courtyard beside the pool, which was a very nice option. Angela was very helpful in recommending a few restaurants and we enjoyed those we visited. This all adds so much to the experience. We felt the property was run in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend it and would certainly stay there again. The location was very central to the lovely old town.
I can't think of a thing.
The breakfast was buffet style and a good choice, the location was excellent as it was a short walk into the old town and all on one level, the shopping was a good mix of tourist and boutique style shops with something for everyone. There was plenty choice of local taverna's catering for every taste. The hotel had its own parking facility which was a bonus. The roof area had sun beds and umbrella's .
The pool was rather small ok for kids to play in but not to swim.
The staff and the location of the hotel!
The breakfast was very poor. I believe they should add more choices. Everything else was excellent!
