The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and entertainment. The hotel staff were professional, courteous and friendly. The room was very well kept and clean. I loved the amenities in the room and the layout it reminded me of a small studio apartment. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Nothing. They wouldn’t help out at all with the covid-19 pandemic.
Cons (-) They took my money even though I could not make the trip due to the Corona virus pandemic. The hurricanes game was canceled and I explained that to the hotel. We decided to stay in and heed the warnings of healthcare professionals. $330 of my money down the drain. I’ll never do business with Hyatt again. There were 8 of us going and no one got their money back.

Pros (+) I spent 4 nights over a long weekend with my girlfriend. We had an amazing time. Not only was Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills a great stay but its location is even better. The proximity to good food, drinks, and shopping was the best part. The room was very clean when we arrived. Modern and cozy. Bathroom was gigantic! Lastly the staff was great. Would defiantly stay there again and would advise o...
Cons (-) There complementary breakfast was advertised to close at 10 AM. But did close earlier than that on Sunday when we came down at 9:45-9:50.
