- Breakfast - The fact that the bedroom was separate from the main room blocking you from hallway and lobby noise - The bed
- Many guests were smoking in their rooms, and staff doesn’t care - On the first night my neighbor yelled, laughed, played music, and smoked from 9:30pm - 1:30am. I called to complain and nothing was done. Her cigarette smell was coming into my room from the adjoining door. The following morning I complained in person and the front desk acted like they had no record of my call. - The one woman at the desk was very rude to a customer over the phone, she kept saying, “Ma’aaaaam, Ma’aaaaaam...” like she was irritated. - There were a lot of hoodlums in the hotel on the weekend that would have what looked like 5+ people staying in there rooms at once. - Guests hanging out in the garage - The parking garage
The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was perfect.
Your website advertised that there was a hot tub which is the only reason I chose this location but there was in fact no hot tub at this hotel which was very disappointing seeing as how expensive the stay was.
Breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.
I stayed on the 8th floor only problem was the elevator was to was very slow other than that it was nice.
The hotel was modern, stylish, and comfortable. Free breakfast and happy hour were nice. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Staff were great, especially Corey. The shuttle service was also great.
Location across from mall was about 20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.

Loved it all.its always an amazing place to stay.specially when you take the love of your life there.
