charm.. tranquility..historical adventure
difference with other places
Very nice hotel. I had the feeling of being in the middle of woods, very nice and good bike track.
Interesting concept. Great quality and service. The museum is nice and instructive.
The rooms were incredibly charming and the Sunday brunch was varied, interesting and delicious.
There was no one to tell us how to get into Quebec City or to explain the transit system.
A very beautyfull hotel with very friendly staff! But there is room for improvement...see below
A few tips..a possibility for a snack,a more welcoming bar,a bed that has been made up on sunday, sundaybrunch schould be mentioned to the guests of the hotel leaving them the possibility for a regular breakfast, the bill was confusing(a missing breakfast I think). We did not mention those things while staying at the hotel;if we did the staff would probably have tried to accomodate us!
Great customer service, comfortable, clean and well appointed.
The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! We signed up for breakfast and it was a great way to start the day. They are planning on adding a spa and pool.It is a very unique hotel and we had a wonderful stay.
