Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location in Old Quebec, describing it as walkable and convenient for exploring the city. Many found the rooms spacious, charming, and comfortable, with several appreciating the historic decor. However, accessibility was a significant concern, as multiple reviews mentioned the lack of an elevator and steep stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting responsive communication and helpful staff, while others experienced issues with room readiness, staff presence, and cleaning. Overall, the location and room character stood out as highlights.
