The hotel was beautiful, the location perfect and the staff went above and beyond and was extremely accommodating.
Friendly welcome and always attentive service Upgraded to nicer room: large bathroom, robes, nice toiletries, and dual head shower View over St. Lawrence river Large closets Nespresso machine in room Location a few blocks from Place Royale and several trendy restaurants and art galleries
Breakfast pricey / not included
So many little attentions... heated floors in the bathroom, little card with next day weather and music on all set up for you before bedtime, goodies at checkout, super smooth and effective valet service, amazing brunch... they have it all!
The location was perfect - near a lot of shops, art galleries', restaurants, and cafes. It was in the heart of the city with the beautiful architecture and river with the cobble stone roads. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our two Shih Zhu dogs and they hotel was very accommodating.
Nothing - it was excellent.
Elegant room....great staff...great ambience...great location... the bellman was especially helpful!
