Cons: Nothing. It’s all good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay! I stayed here before and after my trip to the islands of lake Titicaca. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the heater provided kept it nice and warm. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good - nice variety of options.
Cons: Nothing. It was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived to the hotel after a long jorney from Chile Atacama. On the way my husband was bitten by a street dog in Chile in Arica. We had to deal with hospital in Arica to get the vacciation and we knew that my husband needs to get other vacciations in the next stop which was Puno. We continued in journey through Tacna to Puno. We were exhausted after this accident and a long journey by bus and cound not wait for a good bed and nice hotel. We booked the hotel since we saw good reviews and it had a nice location in the center. We kind of wished for a great place to stay! This hotel exceed our expations - it was not only a great place but place with a beautiful vibe and beautiful people - we came to paradise of Puno city. I could not put into the words the greatness and the kindness of all the people at front desk!(It is necessary to say that I have worked in hotel industry about 15 years and I was the General Manager of a boutique hotel in mountain resort in Czech republic for 4 years before I moved to U.S. for my husband. ) I have to say that Tierra Viva Puno Plaza hotel was probably the best hotel I ever stayed! I would give this hotel 1 star more for sure - it is a luxury hotel! - Why luxury? not because a fancy furniture or someting like that, but because of super nice enviroment, where you feel just pleasant and relaxed and ESPECIALLY amazing people working there - every single one who has a shift during our stay, was just wonderul! They helped us so much to deal with the hospital, with translation, getting to the floating islands after the stay with them etc. etc. etc. They just were there for us making us feel, we are only guests there, even if I am sure they were busy. The porter guy even went with us to the hospital in his free time to help us with translation, finding the right place to get vaccinated (frankly without him we would be so lost and it would take much more time from our honeymoon) and all the stuff. I can not thank enough the stuff in hotel!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and courteous staff. Cleaniness of room and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast buffet.
Cons: The room was pretty small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendliness of staff and facilities.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The 3 stars of this hotel reflect its quality: simple, very clean, centrally located. The temperature would fall down at night, there is a heater in the room. The stay was damaged by altitude sickness, the staff was kind enough to bring coca tea to the room and offer both of us to take oxygen - everything with no extra. I would recommend it to other travellers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the room, the breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel and a good price for money.
Cons: The site was less than expected
Mirador del Titikaka - Puno - Bedroom
2
9.1 Excellent (548 reviews)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, breathtaking view over Puno and Titicaca lake. Extremely nice staff. Great experience !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location, great view over Lake Titicaca, heating in room, friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Dining room/main hallway very cold in winter, particularly during the evening Property far away from town, very limited menu in hotel Staff turns all lights off after 11pm, completely dark everywhere No TV (which can be great though but some additional board games would be good)
7.1 Good
Pros: The location on a hill in Puno with a view over the city is a plus. Also the alpacas and the surrounded area with a little hike is nice.
Cons: The dinner was not that good. It was just dry salad and rice. When we arrived there was no explanation what we could do on the property or the surrounding area. All in all not what we expected for that pricey accommodation.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location high above the city. Be aware that’s close to 4100m so if sensitive to altitude sickness don’t go there without preparation. Super friendly service by the owner and plenty of room inside and bonus alpacas in the garden.
Cons: As in most places in Peru, heating in the dry season is limited. Each room and the restaurant did have electric heaters though and with the right clothes on it is not uncomfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: This was by far our favourite hotel in Peru and we stayed in 9 The hotel is situated 300m above Puno with spectacular views over Lake Titicaca and the town. All rooms have this view too. The owner and host Jorge was an attentive but unobtrusive host. His gentle manner was reflected throughout the hotel with an easy going attitude. On the property were llamas and alpacas that you were able to pet. There was also a short Andean walk around the property that was pleasant with great views across town. Tea and coffee is available in the main area all day and we spent an enjoyable couple of hours relaxing watching The alpacas. Breakfast was very well presented, a basket of bread, fresh juice, a yogurt drink and a plate of fresh fruit avocado eggs and a ham sandwich. If you are coming to Puno, especially if you have time to chill for an afternoon or more I would highly recommend Mirador del Titicaca.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing outlook, friendly staff, big rooms and very comfortable beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mr.Jorge ( Owner) family and staff, made us feels welcome at the hotel, they made us feel at home. Going up the unfinished road toward the hotel entrance add to the beautiful view once at the hotel grounds. The Andean Path trail to the highest point (13,000 feet) at the property, as the sun is setting, make you appreciate what nature had to offered.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice location to be out of the not so nice city with its amazing panorama of the lake. Rooms are nice and big and the bed is very comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom could be a bit modernized. Does not do justice to the rest of the property. And the garden/ surroundings outside looked like a construction sight
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms. The hotel was very quiet- up the hill about 15 min away from the main town area. It was very nice that it wasn't crowded or noisy. We visited with the alpacas out back which was so much fun. We took a walk up the hill for nice views of the area. The hotel could call cabs for us to/from town for 10 soles each way which was super convenient for dinners in the town. They arranged a driver to/from the airport. The rooms have more local flavor (not new and modern) but were clean and tidy, a good size with 2 beds and a decent sized bathroom w bath tub. I asked for a hair dryer which they lent me. They put a space heater in the room which was great for the very cold winter nights. Breakfast was pretty basic and included fresh cut fruit, yogurt, bread, ham sandwich and scrambled eggs, good enough to start our day. The staff was friendly and helpful- giving restaurant suggestions and making bookings for us. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend staying here if you don't mind being out of the town area and want a quiet stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the views, the staff and comfortable room
Cons: Not many food options

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Puno close to Plaza de Armas and Lima street; nice room with electric heater; friendly, helpful staff; will stay here again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had something for everyone. The meat and cheese and eggs and bread and fruit were all tasty and delicious and easy on my weak american stomach! plus, at those altitudes you need extra calories because metabolism increases. I got my fill for sure! Thanks for a great stay!
Cons: this place was amazing and i have nothing bad to say about it
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the staff and the location. Only a block away from the Plaza de Armas and Jr Lima. Good restaurants near and exchange houses. Less than 10 min away from the port. What I truly loved was the assistance and smiles of their staff. Specially at the front desk.
Cons: They could do better w breakfast. And maybe they can serve dinner or snacks. Because they do not serve anything else besides breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable room with 2 double beds and a good shower. Lift is welcome at this altitude!
Cons: Nothing bad - if I had any suggestions to improve it would be that most other breakfast buffets we’ve had offer your choice of eggs freshly cooked. Also not much point in providing a bath if there’s no plug!
Uros Aruma Uro - Puno
4
9.0 Excellent (385 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Puno, Uros Aruma Uro is connected to a shopping center, within a 10-minute drive of Bellavista Market and Naval Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel and a ferry terminal shuttle are provided for an additional charge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great food and friendly family
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It was difficult to get to this hotel as there are no clear water taxis to take you. I ended up joining s your group and then getting another boat to pick me up. Going back was the same. A bit pricey for what you get. Ideal location but staff don't speak English. Outdoor furniture is poorly made and probably unsafe to use.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Aruma Uro is in a perfect spot among the Uros island (not tto far but in a quite corner). The hosts, senora Elsa and her son Leonardo, are really welcoming . The rooms we had were spacious and clean. Uros islands are REALLY cold at night, there is no getting away from it, but once in the bed we were warm and comfortable. Toilets/showers are not en-suite... so you need to dress to be able to use them, but they were clean and shower was reasonably hot. Breakfast is abundant (fresh fruit, eggs, bread, jam and butter) and delicious.
Cons: There is nothing we did not like: if you want to experience the Uros island you have to accept that facilities may not be five stars and that it is very cold at night....!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extreme, nice, beautifull location, what an experience!
Cons: Be prepared all is in cash and lunch and dinner is of course not included. Bring enough cash with you
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After reading many contradicting opinions from people who had stayed in some of the floating Islands, we decided to take our chances and visit Uros Aruma Uro. We couldn’t be happier with our decision! At the day of check-in the staff organized a very convenient pickup from the bus station at 6 am for US$12 (taxi to dock + boat to island for two people). Even though we had reserved a double room, upon our arrival we were given an impeccably clean and spacious family room with lake view. The decoration of the room was simple but beautiful, and the bed was big and comfortable. It had more than enough blankets to keep us warm at night. Life on the island was calm and relaxing, with beautiful views for the lake. The food was simple but tasty. The breakfast had lots of fresh bread, cheese, jam and scrambled eggs. We had a shared bathroom outside which was always in great condition. The clean solar heated shower was ice cold in the morning, but just chilly in the afternoon. For us it was no problem to shower during the warmest hours do the day. In the evening the host family made a bonfire outside, which was a pleasant place to hang out with the other guests before dinner. Also, after dinner, every guest received a bag filled with hot water to warm up the bed. We really enjoyed our afternoon boat ride and setting up traditional fishing nets with Juan. He even surprised us the following day by inviting us to go check on our catch.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Better than 3star hotels in Peru. The owners Juan and Elsa were helpfuland kind. We highly recommend it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Transfers were easy to arrange. Food was simple but very tasty. The beds were comfortable with lots of blankets.
Cons: The language barrier was unfortunate but the place is high up in the mountains!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hosts, the most beautiful island with wonderful facilities. The home cooked dinners were amazing, best trout ever and we loved our fishing trip. The whole experience was unique and magical
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This was really located on the floating islands and the experience was completely different than any other of our hostels during our Peru trip. This was very unique as the island really floats and your room is actually only a room with beds. The staff was very helpful And friendly, and on the first night we had a fabulous camp fire on the island. You can see the stars very brightly as it’s so dark on the island. Bringing a torch is recommended.
Cons: They forgot to do our laundry, but it really wasn’t a big deal!
Casa Andina Premium Puno - Puno - Building

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located outside of central Puno beside the Lake and was very scenic. Rooms were nice size and clean and nicely maintained and on our second visit we were left sweet treats in the room. The restaurant (breakfast/dinner) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. Lake side rooms had a balcony and nice views. There was a nice garden. Restaurant and bar had open fires in the evenings (which are cold), which added to the atmosphere.
Cons: The front desk staff were the weakest link. They seemed to struggle to answer questions and we had problems with our taxi booking. On one night the room was very overheated (despite the heater in the bedroom being turned off) and did not have a ceiling fan making it difficult to sleep. It was not possible to securely leave the door open to cool the room. The location may be remote for some in that there are not nearby shops/cafes - bottles of water available for purchase in the room were 10 solos much higher than other hotels (including other Casa Andina's).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great nice staff. Quiet and cozy.
7.5 Good
Cons: Location was awsome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view, the restaurant, food and staff were excellent including a fabulous breakfast with vast options.

Cons: The room heater could have been better but overall still great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view on the lake And very good restaurant
Cons: The trip to the islands was out of price, more than 120usd for less than 2 hours. With a non professional tourist guide, very lazy Do not use their tourist trips out of price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel experience was lovely from start to finish. The staff were all very personable and helpful. Restaurant was great. Room had truffles waiting as a welcome snack. Beautiful location, quiet, just outside of town.
Cons: The hotel was a bit expensive, but it is quite remote Soni do understand.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the room with the lake view, and the food were amazing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice views of the lake and Puno away from the city which we wanted
Cons: Thin walls and dogs in the neighborhood barked all night
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy to visit Puno and also to take the Lake tours. Better to stay a bit away from the city to enjoy better views of the lake (Puno isn't as nice as Cusco). Very comfortable hotel, with a good restaurant, pefect for 1-2 nights at the Lake!
Cons: They make you pay in dollars and in case you want to pay in soles they charge a higher fee than any other place.

5.4 Okay
Pros: View of Lake and oversized room
Cons: You have to pay to use pool, spa, phone, extra towels, and pretty much anything else. Doesn't make sense. Hotel would not allow us to modify stay from 3 nights to 1 night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply put …. this stay is an absolute oasis ******* not to missed! One of the most beautiful serene hotel settings of this world .. along side the gorgeous shores of the most sacred Lake Titikaka Peru. The entire staff mirrors the pure of heart of the precious Andean Peoples, which I find is such a rare gift of exchange to be able to receive in modern hotels these days. Extra Clean Rooms each offering excellent lake side views Delicious Foods* Relaxing Charming Gardens
9.6 Excellent
Pros: VERY GOOD BREAKFAST WITH STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE VIEW
Cons: A BIG HOTEL BUT SMALL LIFT WITH A CORNER
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful location by Lake Titicaca. Slightly out of town but well worth the drive as Puno town is rather crowded and a mass of buildings set close together - kind of ugly. Lovely garden ending on the lake and such a stunning sunrise to wake up to. Large on site restaurant with nice food and reasonable pricing. Oxygen provided if you need it. Laundry facilities by the kg which was reasonable. Altogether a lovely stay and wished we had an extra night.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated and would look fabulous with a minor facelift but overall we were satisfied. Great staff
7.5 Good

Pros: Location, staff, room comfortable, food

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel gardens are beautifully maintained. Food was exceptional. Rooms are huge and clean.
Cons: Far from the marine. Taxis charges too much to go there from the bus terminal. However, Puno does not seem to have nice hotels, so there are not many options when looking for a nice stay.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Just the Lake Titikaka view.
Cons: Overpriced food. No free water. No additional pillows. No heater
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing clean facilities, perfect to get some rest in quite a long trip. The views of the lake are very beautiful.
Cons: Food in the restaurant was a little bit on the expensive side.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Utasa Inn. Hostal is located in walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was spacious and with private bathroom and hot water!!! We were able to extend our check out till 9pm for a half price of one night, instead of leaving our luggages in the storage room, so it's a perfect option for someone who have a night bus
Cons: Internet connection wasn't the best and sometimes it was hard to find a signal, so if you need a good signal stay in the corridor, as we did, when we were booking our stay in another city.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is just 200m from the main road, which is full of restaurants and shops. The staff was kind and ready to help us when we had issues in our room with the sink and the heater. Cleaning was okay and also the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The hotel is COLD! No heating in the common areas, no heating in the room (we had to ask a portable heater at the reception because it was not in the room), no heating in the breakfast room (only some heating lamps which were not working). Also, the water for the shower was most of the time cold! This is really a bad aspect for tourists, especially because outside it is already very cold. Do something to improve this aspect!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: -the room was cold, but the staff provided a heater so it was ok. -WiFi was very slow
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Our room was clean and the bed super comfortable. Hot shower. Good WiFi. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Great location, 2 mins walk from the central area.

Cons: The view from the room is to inside the hotel.

Cons: Bathroom was cold like anywhere during winter time in Peru.

Pros: Next to Plaza De Armas, many restaurants. Hotel itself has restaurant, which seems to be decent, at least breakfast was fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: Really nothing to complain about. Keep up a good work.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with a 24h manned door. Polite staff. Spacious room.
Cons: Breakfast could have benefited from more variety. During the booking process we had an issue with the payment, the hotel did not accept any of our cards and initially the hotel was not particularly helpful, though it was resolved in the end.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great Location next to all the restaurants Helpful Staff Wonderful breakfast
Cons: Rooms were cool and needed a long time to warm up with electric wall heater
9.6 Excellent

Pros: Good value for money. Nice hotel with good breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: Overall a solid hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull, rooms are clean and good equiped and the breakfast was good as well.
Cons: The room was very cold. Only thanks to the additional heater we asked for, we managed to get the room temperature to an acceptable level. Also the rooms are not really soundproof, but that seems to be an usual thing in Peru.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast on 6th floor with a view of the city and lake Heating in the room
Cons: Hotel dated that would need little refurbishment
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A block away from the main cathedral. Hotel restaurant was great and convenient for cold nights when we didn’t wanna leave the property. Very good staff. Quick response to requests. Hot showers and very good water pressure! Best hot shower! Huge king bed and comfortable linens. WiFi . Plenty of coca tea in the lobby and provided guest with oxygen tanks if needed . We had a large room.
Cons: We felt cold at night even when heater is on. But blankets are very warm and gave us a comfortable night of sleep . But we were cold when not under the blankets.

Pros: The views from the pods outside were great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good sports coverage on TV by bar and in room. A great place to relax. Nice touches from the hotel (nice biscuit snacks supplied to room on last night).Free small water bottles supplied on first day).
Cons: This is an expensive hotel (even higher if you just walk in) and the food and drinks are above average in price. As a late riser the hot breakfast was cold. 2 litre bottle in room at cost of Soles 10 is a bit pricey. My room view was the car park which was disappointing & hotel full so not possible to change.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the lake from the hotel restaurant is superb. You can spend hours just sipping a drink or two while watching the sunset.
Cons: Nothing.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: They sent me a request to cancel my booking as they had no availability after they confirmed my dates. Then they sent ANOTHER email asking for my time of arrival.. it was a mess
Cons: Their lack of coordination and communication
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service In the hotel was exceptional well. They were going out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay! It’s river facing hotel with amazing views and very cozy rooms!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nice terrace on the shore of the lake.
Cons: Old hotel that is definitely not a 4* one. Staff is terrible: waiters in restaurants more preoccupied to set tables for non existent guests than to take orders from existing clients, on numerous occasions they did not even bring the drinks menus but only food ones. Hair found on the bath tube when taking over the room. And the reception staff was the worse in the way they handled the topic below. NOISE: asked for a quiet room and there was a party nearby which lasted beyond 11pm (music was super loud). I had to call the police myself because the staff was not doing too much about it. Not even offering to move us to another room, nothing. When I called the police, they seemed to be unaware of the issue, despite the fact that hotel staff said they called the police. Never-ever again and definitely not recommended!
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is OK if you don't want to stay in centre of Puno but near the lake.
Cons: No value for the money you pay. The hotel is cold, no soul. If there wouldn't be alpacas and guniea pigs outside, it would be highly overpriced for what you get. Room is nothing special, prices in the hotel are twice as high as in the city. They wanted to charge us 35 USD per person to se the Uros islands when in fact you could visit them for 30 soles per person.

Pros: Great central location, right on the Plaza de Armas. Upon arrival, hot coca tea was available in the lobby and a wondeful breakfast spread greeted us each morning. The room was toasty warm and the water was even warmer ... welcome after hiking the cold heights of the Colca Canyon or blustery island excursions on Lake Titicaca! The staff were also very accommodating and helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel have an very good and plentiful breakfast each morning. The only downside was when a bus tour of German tourists came that were extremely demanding and felt like they were the only ones there during breakfast. The staff did a good job considering how demanding the tour group was. They made fresh eggs to order. The room and bathroom were clean. The hallways were clean. There is an elevator for those wishing to ride to the upper floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had tea available in the rooms and lobby all the time. There is a travel agency situated in the lobby for booking local and distant trips. Very much recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: Nothing about the hotel itself except maybe the fact that tour groups stay there and cause problems for those not part of a group.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was convenient to the main square. Staff was pleasant. Water was very hot ( although it was hard to regulate - either too hot too cold) and with great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very large. Breakfast was ok - eggs were good if you could get someone to cook them for you. Bread was stale.
Cons: The room we had smelled terrible - maybe urine? They allowed us to check in early for an extra fee since we arrived at 3:30 am but the smell was awful! We slept with the windows open which meant it was freezing, but it was better than the smell. Later that day we talked to the staff and they made the room better with some deodorizing spray or something. My husband is still complaining of how his suitcase smells a couple of days later. The hotel is dated but could be nice as long as you don’t get a room that smelled like ours. Oh and the internet doesn’t work well in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty hotel. Much more modern than places we’d stayed in Cusco. Had an elevator, TV, hairdryer. Spacious room. Decent spread for the breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to plaza, shops and restaurants.
Cons: No complaints. Nice place to stay if looking for a more modernized feel.
6.7 Good
Cons: The water faucet on the shower needs to be fixed, it is either too hot or too cold
7.4 Good
Pros: location, staff helpful
Cons: a little shop worn

Pros: Great position, super clean and comfortable, good facilities, and great value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel located near the central Plaza of Puno! Everything was perfect! Friendly and gentle staff! Hardly recommended!
5.8 Okay
Pros: First off, I made the reservation through you and I specifically booked 3 persons saying the 3rd person was my 16 year old son, at arrival I was told I had to pay extra. Location is great. Installations fair. TV signal is lousy. Very noisy which was no so much trouble since we had to rise very early for the tours (around 5 A.M.)
Cons: Specified above
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and nice and has a travel agency . You can have a trip via that agency

Pros: Owner is very nice and helpful. Tour we did with them was good and they also arranged bus tickets to Copacobana. Puno is cold at night but the rooms weren’t (too) cold. Shower is nice and warm, WiFi is ok. Clean place and good breakfast. Recommended.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The couple that runs the property are so sweet and helpful it is unreal. We needed a secure parking so Antonio(the owner) took us to a gated parking that costs 8 soles ($2.50) per day and you can take the car in and out anytime. And the parking is just 1/2 block from the hotel, it's mostly oneway streets in Puno... We also needed a last minute reservation for visiting Uros Islands and Antonio and his wife arranged the tour for us from a legit company, that picked up from the hotel & back after a half day trip. Now about the hotel- very nice location, not too close to downtown to be part of the loud craziness yet a 5 min walk to it. The room was very clean in Peruvian style with comfortable bed and you have the hot hot shower. The breakfast was like in a restaurant!!! You will enjoy it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had a heater for the cool nights.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy, and the hotel is in a little off the main center. The breakfast is excellent.
Cons: Owner told us nonsense about the Puno week festivities. Canceled our reservation on Booking.com even though we've been there for four days. When we wanted to add another night he told us to book it on booking.com, but the price was 50% more than we were paying. It took a bit of arguing before he let us stay against the rate we previously paid, even though we were the only guests.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location Site manager helpful with tour questions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful to the extent of coming with us to bus station to make sure we got right bus to Copacabana. Nice bright colourful room. Hotel close to centre of old town
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great property, Excellent location. Room was large. It also came with a larger than usual balcony over looking a town square. Hot water was good and electrical sockets worked in the room A two minute walk to the town center restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were friendly and helpful with tips & directions for local cafes/bars. We had booked a normal double room for our stay but ended up on the top floor with a large suite with a big terrace! Breakfast was good with a buffet of fruit/pastries/eggs and nice juice & coffee. The location is good - not far from the main street. WiFi is fast and reliable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome, help with luggage, helpful staff, clean and fresh room with comfortable beds and nice en suite. Great location. Extra pillows and blankets, and a room heater if needed.
Cons: Breakfast was fine. It was not as good as the rest of the hotel. Slighltly less welcoming staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A great deal in terms of money and location.
Cons: The online photos and booking options strongly imply that all balconies are huge, such that you can fit a table and chairs on them. Although that’s true for some rooms, our balcony could only fit one standing person.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was in a good location with 24 hour reception which helped when we arrived late. The staff helped with recommendations for restaurants and getting us a taxi to the bus station early in the morning. There was a good variety at breakfast and it opened early which was perfect as we had an early pick up for our Lake Titicaca tour. The free cocoa tea was welcome to help us adjust to the altitude.
Cons: The rooms were quite basic and old and for the money we were a little disappointed. We definitely got more for our money in other places in Peru.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice balcony, spacious room
Cons: Quality of the bed

8.8 Excellent
Pros: They were friendly and helpful, great location right in the middle of town, and had oxygen available to help with the altitude.
Cons: The heater in the room didn't help much, so it was still pretty cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot powerful shower Very nice breakfast Hospitable owner Nice location
Cons: No hair dryer in the freezing winter
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was perfect.
Cons: The property didn’t seem to have heat, so it was a bit cold. Otherwise, it’s a great value.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff at the lobby is very kind and they organised a cheap and pleasant visit of the islands. the shower was hot and although the room was very cold there was a good functioning heater. Beds are comfortable. Since the price is very cheap, the value was fully ok!
Cons: The room was not very clean and the bathroom was in bad shape. The breakfast is served in a very dirty room and the waiter who was supposed to serve it was just watching his cellphone without doing what he was supposed to do (there was a mountain of dirty dishes in front of him. There was a note saying we could have had eggs but he never offered them to us. We had to go there and ask for jam because he never cared of us). We asked for the laundry service but our clothes came back not very clean and quite damaged!
7.5 Good
Pros: Central location, walking distance to many restaurants and a short taxi / tuktuk ride to the terminal/harbor. The owner was nice and helped us book a tour to Uros bc we didn't have a lot of time in Puno.
Cons: Our room was very dark (no natural light & a very weak lamp). Shower had very weak pressure. But everything was clean. The staff was very uninterested. When we came to the restaurant for breakfast, the guy who was supposed to serve it to us was watching a very loud football game on his phone. Then a woman joined him and started preparing breakfast for herself without so much as a greering toward us. When we left a little while later with a 'gracias', they completely ignored us. And later that day we had to ring the doorbell 3x before the woman opened, again without a greeting/smile or apology. We could leave our luggage there during our tour, but they left it out and open in the reception area, where anyone could have taken it, even though they told us they'd put it away in another room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Cheap and cheerful. Helpful staff and a good breakfast on offer here. Kids enjoyed the various pieces of art around the hostel. Close to the main tourist street. Everything you need in walking distance.
Cons: Front facing rooms a little noisy at the weekends but we did stay during a bank holiday weekend. Bathroom on the small side but not a major concern.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, confortable room, great breakfast and hot water and heating system! Very welcoming staff and very good advisor to visit Islands!

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable, they provide you with an extra blanket but the bedding they have for you is sufficient. The WiFi was good and consistent.
