Very professional and friendly personnel and the overall cleanliness
Not a huge issue but the mattress was too soft to my taste. But did not really impact my sleep.

Quiet hotel in a quiet location - yes there are 250 steps down to town through the Parque Taoro but Puerto is such a busy place that we were glad for the tranquillity which comes with a little distance. Staff v friendly, breakfast reliably good, lovely gardens surrounding. Canary Island bananas on demand- to cut off the branch hung outside the front door - were a nice touch too.
A little disappointed that we had to request and pay extra for use of a safe and fridge, as these are usually standard in 4* hotels. But this is a relatively small complaint.

Very nice and comfortable. Room was clean and had a nice balcony. The food at the a la carte was excellent. Such a reasonable price for the quality received. Recommended highly.
