There's plenty of fun with the 2 outdoor pools and lazy river, and guests in the mood for pampering can visit the spa to indulge in massages, aromatherapy, and mani/pedis. Andrea, one of 2 restaurants, serves international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 bars/lounges and a rooftop terrace are other highlights at this upscale resort, and rooms offer up nice touches like free minibar items and comfy beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.

Pros: Beautiful grounds, suites nice w/ great views, pools, bars.
Restaurants were good for breakfast, lunch and dinner - open all day long.
Friendly staff.
Cooking classes, karaoke, dancing, etc.
Cons: Only issue we had was that the Mariachi band played in the lobby until 2am, which included trumpets playing loudly. Some guests took that party to their rooms after causing a disturbance.
We called front desk and resort compensated us with a couple of $90 spa certificates (hour massage) as well as champagne and choc-covered strawberries. Appreciated that.
Great overall experience
Pros: The grounds are lovely and the staff is great. The access to the beach is a real bonus. Senate at all three restaurants and the food was a cut above what I had initially expected, especially the breakfasts. The rooms are a little Spartan, but honestly very comfortable and extremely clean.
Cons: There is no real bar. People hang at the pool all day and they serve drinks in the lobby and restaurants at night, but there isn't a regular bar anywhere on property. Given the amount of alcohol the staff has to run and get (even delivering to rooms) it would seem everyone would be happier with a place that had some music To hang out in. Likely they view the lobby this way, but the ambiance is wrong. It's my only complaint.
