Pros: Best hostel ever, a true gem. Pancho is the manager and owner, it makes a big difference with other places!
Cons: Nothing to improve!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here before doing the W trek in Torres del Paine. I was traveling solo and it was a nice cozy place to call home for two days. Pancho (owner) was super helpful with information and very welcoming. The hostel only fits 10 people, and only one share room, so it's pretty cozy, but definitely not a party hostel if that is what you are looking for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were super cute cats in the yard, which was a fun surprise!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location and great value.
Cons: None.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the most comfortable hostels we’ve stayed in in South America. The owner makes it feel like home. Comfortable beds and pillows, hot shower, fast WiFi. Lots of individual locked storage for when we went to Torres Del Paine for 5 days. I think the way breakfast is handled is very convenient. He sets it up the night before so you can eat whenever you want, since a lot of travelers have early schedules to catch a bus to the park. I’d highly recommend staying here!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding hotel and service....unique setup in an early times meat can plant of Patagonia...very very nice and memorable experience...definitely deserves the title Leading Hotel of the World....nearly best hotel I've ever stayed with my family .... the only thing is....you need to afford it....1000 US Dollar per night for a couple with 2 kids is quite a lot.... but we left aftet 3 nights even with a very positive attitude...
Cons: Outstanding 5 * Hotel... but 400 US Dollar per person per night much to expensive...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views, the staff, the rooms, the food. Pretty much everything
Cons: Lack of shuttle service to town and some reliance on taxi. given the hotel has numerous shuttles for excursions, it can definitely dedicate one to shuttling guests to/from town on set time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: unique historic buildings re-applied with great skill. charming staff. great food in half-board package. do not miss it!
Cons: style and quality of everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Singular was a terrific hotel. We especially enjoyed the decor, amenities and overall ambience. We also booked an excursion through the hotel and although it was pricey it was well worth it. The driver Jose and guide Rodrigo were both very knowledgeable and made the trip easy for us. They also provided a delicious spread for breakfast.
Cons: The indoor pool wasn’t heated to a warm enough temperature. A hot tub or spa would be a nice addition.

Pros: The host was super nice and helpful. He schedule the Torres del paine trekking, we always had an early breakfast and he was always available to help. The room was big and comfortable, very good shower
Cons: Unfortunately the WiFi was not working for the 2 days that we stayed in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome, everything nearby. Unlike in other places, breakfast is always available at 6am, which is essential for people with an early start to Torres del Paine.
Cons: I suggest changing the printed notice in the room which says that breakfast is at 6:30!
7.9 Good
Pros: Super nice staff. The owner is from Switzerland so you can communicate in German, English or Spanish which is great ! I was going for 5 days to Torres del Paine and was able to leave part of my luggage for this time at the hostel. It was super helpful so I did not have to carry everything. I could check in late (22.30h, because i took the late bus from Torres del Paine), although I did not inform them in advance, because I did not have any WiFi at the park. Room was ok, nothing special but I only stayed one night and it was clean which is most inportant. It is very close to the main street with all restaurants and only some minutes walk to the seaside. Breakfast was good ! Overall, this hostel is nothing special, but it is clean, centrally located and good for the price. I can definately recomment the hostel to anyone who looks for a decent place to stay.
6.7 Good
Pros: The private room with private bathroom was spacious.
Cons: I stayed in a room with a window that opens onto the roof, and there is a ladder near by. At around 4 am, there was repeated rattling as someone tried to open the window from the outside. I woke up and switched on the light, and they left and the rattling stopped.
7.0 Good
Pros: the hospitality
Cons: the distance from Tores del Pine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best quality beds and linens during a long trip. Very clean room. Nice shower with plenty of water. Ample breakfast. Werner is welcoming and helpful. Looks like a 2 star property but the things that count make it 4 star. Incredible value. On our return we paid 50% more for a true 2 star place because Swiss House was not available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful host. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Walls were a bit thin, but owner requests that everyone respect quiet hours
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean, warm, practical and located within crawling distance from Plaza de Armas. Good staging ground for Torres, good place to regather after 8 days hiking.
Cons: Nothing to complain about for the price asked. Kitchenware is not extensive but that was not an issue for me as I barely cooked

Cons: Internet weak and spotty
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good bed. Lucy is a gem - attentive and sweet. We asked for a restaurant suggestion for dinner and she walked us there...and tried to teach us Spanish!!
Cons: Only thing “missing” was a hook to hang up ones’ towel outside of the shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucy was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful with all my questions, helped me book a last minute excursion, and was always thoughtful about my needs (especially for breakfast). Such a lovely home, and excellent service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucy was very nice and helpful. We could store our luggage during our hike in Torres del Paine NP and as well on the day we left. The rooms were spacious and with enough hooks and storage place. Exactly what you need after getting wet in Torres del Paine ;-)
7.5 Good

Cons: I could not get a discount for not staying a second night
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucy is very friendly and accommodating. She gave us good advice for touring around.
7.5 Good
Pros: This is a nice air B&B that is very comfortable, particularly if you’re staying after trekking in the park. There’s a nice breakfast and it’s conveniently located with everything in town within walking distance. Good hot showers and pretty good WiFi.
Cons: Lucy only speaks Spanish which we don’t speak so we weren’t able to get any recommendations on places to go or things to do. No self cooking facilities.
Wild Hostel - Puerto Natales - Building
6
9.2 Excellent (762 reviews)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming, hospitable place to stay in Puerto Natales. Prime location within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious as was the Wild Burger. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: While the rooms are very comfortable, the walls are quite thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors. I would definitely recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff! Very helpful and attentive, great location lot's of shops and restaurants near by, not too far from the bus station when heading to Torres Del Paine National Park, also had luggage storage option which was great.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Gabriella one of the staff helped me out alot when I was in a rush to catch the bus to Torres Del Paine! Bag storage, breakfast, taxi all done very quickly! Great service!
Cons: The only thing this hostel lacks is a kitchen to make your own food however this isnt an issue because breakfast is on early and very good, and theres alot of cheap places to eat nearby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: perfect breakfast - cozy and warm place. Super awesome place to hang out even when not staying at hostel - met some new friends doing W trek at Torres and had a great time staying here. Great food and atmosphere. Thank you for everything :)

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hostel close to the main plaza, with good breakfast and facilities. Very comfortable beds and decent size bedrooms. Great bathrooms with excellent hot showers and good shower pressure.
Cons: No lockers in the room or outside. There's an option to leave the valuables at the reception, but my personal opinion is that even small lockers are simply a 'must-have' at any hostel. Otherwise, everything was excellent, thanks!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel inside looks strange from out side . The staff was very friendly and Felipe in the restaurant look after our group extremely well The restaurant dinner menu was lovely but not many choices off less gourmet food so Felipe try his best to create other choices wen posible Is difficult to describe how beautiful it is the arquitect has done and amazing job allowing to enjoy the stunning views .
Cons: Coffee and tea facilities will be nice A food menu for dinner that is more general for the variety off ages that we had in our group was beautiful gourmet food excellent quality but to gourmet for teenagers Gorgeous design room but not comfortable we had wooden cubes to seat
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I'm affraid I don't have enough superlatives to describe our experience in Remota, I am just blown away. The whole hotel is very nice, feels like a piece of art really and is also very comfortable, pleasant and clean. And the views are out of this world! Spa was very much needed relax after hiking in patagonia, swimming in the infinity pool looking at the mountains was amazing. The staff everywhere was heartwarmingly nice, super polite, great to chat with and everyone spoke good english. We tasted some very nice signature coctails that I am sure cannot be tasted anywhere else. And the food in the restaurant was super delicious, everything we had was absolutely perfect and worth a visit on its own. Oh, and the buffet breakfast was the best I've had. Ever! To wrap it up, I think I will never forget Remota.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, even coffee
Cons: Everything highest class
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Award for most unique design.
Cons: Nothing - wish we could have stayed longer than one night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! A short trip from the center of Puerto Natales, whilst also ‘feeling away from it all’. We were only at Remota one night, but we still felt special & looked after. The staff were extremely attentive, especially the Restaurant Manager who we chatted with at length whilst enjoying the sunset in the “beach lounge”. The pool location was a spectacular spot to relax & take in the view. Breakfast buffet was one of the best. Comfy beds, great temp & pressure in the shower ... the list goes on!
Cons: Nothing! Loved it!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great value. Didn't take advantage of any of the programs but looks like they had a lot of options.
Cons: So far from Torres DEl Paine. Wish this hotel was built closer to the park.
6.2 Good
Pros: Very interesting architecture that tries to connect the guest with the spirit/experience of Patagonia - brings the outside in. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant went over the top in trying to make us happy and comfortable.
Cons: Sometimes architecture that is interesting doesn't create spaces that are comfortable to inhabit. That was the case here. Especially with the hotel not full, the public spaces felt cavernous and eerily quiet. The furniture was cool looking but not very comfortable. And the materials in the room ended up making it look unfinished instead of modern/raw/cool. If you're looking architectural interest, this place has it. If you're looking for comfortable and cozy, this may not be for you.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: First-class customer service at front desk. Wonderful breakfast. Convenient location.
Cons: Long walk to hotel rooms in a separate building. No elevator to 2nd floor; narrow stairway made it hard to handle large luggage.

Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Cons: Quite expensive but so is the entire village I guess. Breakfast was average
1.0 Poor
Pros: Overall the room was nice and clean.
Cons: The receptionist was not clear about the payment of the room in dollars/Chilean pesos...and after confirming to me the price in dollars (I specifically showed her my PDI to waive the 21% taxes being a foreigner) she charged in pesos and then refused to refund me or giving me any kind of compensation. I had to ask my bank to cancel my payment and then pay with a different card. Result? After 2 days they charged me again on the initially card and I have now paid the double of what I should have done!! Bad communication and very poor customer service, I feel I have been fooled! Please be careful with charges and with what they say/ don't say!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Singing Lamb was a beautiful Hostel to stay in at Puerto Natales. It had a real cosy feel to it. I loved it. I stayed for 4 nights Beds super comfortable. Rooms have squeaky floors so as people get up early you will wake with them..but that is the hostel life. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was a great spread for a hostel service. Cereal and oats, jam and butter, meat cold cut and cheese, fruit, bread and scrambled eggs. Tea and coffee. They had a lovely room to the side of the hostel with couches where you could just sit and chill and let the sunlight come in from the roof and windows The staff were very helpful and always available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff & very clean room!
6.7 Good
Pros: Very large comfortable bed. Warm shower that didn’t run out of hot water.
Cons: Poor ventilation in room, one shower resulted in water all over bathroom floor, too hot inside, many old furnishings with rust over them. Cleaning service had left a bin full of other people’s toilet paper in our bathroom
7.1 Good
Pros: Overall hostel was well kept and the breakfast was better than other places we stayed. We were in a private double room. It had the bare essentials of what we needed for one night. They provide lockers if you need to leave stuff for your hike at $1 per day. Location wise it’s about a 15min walk to the center and the same to bus station.
Cons: The light from the hallway shines into the room so made sleeping a bit difficult until they shut it off much later.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A lot: Very friendly and warm person at the reception (Patti). Very easy to get in touch with other travellers. Good breakfast. Cosy common rooms. Well equiped kitchen.
Cons: It was very warm in the room as there is no exterior window.

6.7 Good
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: Noise from upstairs due to floorboards
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The host was a very friendly lady. She spoke only spanish but we managed to communicate with her. She was there all the time. We wanted to leave early so she prepared breakfast already at 07:30 AM and it was the best breakfast we had in a hotel in Argentina. Very rich and fresh. The room was big enough and warm. And there was a common room where to hang out.
Cons: I can't really say that there was something particulary wrong. Maybe a second towel for the bathroom would have been nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: The lady owner is friendly but can speak very little in English.
Cons: The room size is not as what I saw in the booking.com.There is no TV in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room; comfortable guest lounge area; very friendly & helpful landlady; great breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Location wasn't quite perfect; but still in easy walking distance of town centre. This is not much of an issue except for those with mobility problems; and there were no real drawbacks to the property. External colour scheme is perhaps unusual; but interior is nicely decorated. Not much of a view from the room, but that wasn't a factor for us.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: We loved our stay at Cabana! We stayed there twice, on our way to and back from the W Trek. It was exactly what we needed to prepare for and then recover from the trek with a homemade comfort meal which we cooked in the kitchen included with the unit. Lili and her husband were great. They were happy to store our luggage at no extra charge and moved it around themselves since we had to leave early. When we needed help with some planning for our trek they called around and represented us in front of Park officials.
Cons: Some construction going on.

Pros: Lovely coffee bar. The rooms are so cute, little details accounted for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time at Kau lodge! The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and it has a great location for walking around and is just a few blocks from the main plaza. The staff there were so kind and helpful. I think the best example was how they were able to set up a tour guide for a hike to the Torres the night before we wanted to go. Also, the breakfast is great and the coffee is wonderful. One of our favorite spots on our trip! Highly recommend.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely atmosphere and great views from the cafe and bedrooms. Cafe was relaxed, great decor and delicious food. Have already recommended Kau Lodge to a friend who has now booked.
Cons: Due to availability we were in a bunk bed room and I found getting up and down to the top bunk awkward but then again I don’t have youth on my side!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the coast, great vibe and decor. Cafe and shop in teh same building and a tour place. Nice atmosphere. Amazing cosmetics in the bathroom.
Cons: Some of the facilities a bit dated like windows covered with duck tape. Staff kindly took out luggage for storage but when we came back the storage unit next to the door was open. Staff couldn't find the key as it was in the door and open...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location right on the waterfront. Clean, comfortable room with a great view.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great experience from beginning to end. Perfect view of the lake and mountains from our room. Very complete and delicious breakfast. Also had an amazing shower!!
Cons: Loved it all!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Rooms, bathrooms, breakfast, space, and location were all great.
Cons: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BAGS HERE WHILE YOU GO INTO THE PARK. We stored our bags here while we did a 5 day trek in TDP and when we returned they were gone. After no straight answers and continued requests to come back the next day (over a period of 2 days) and talk to the staff at the next shift, I finally asked for the manager to be called. One of the two bags was delivered within 20 minutes via taxi (WHY DID THE BAG LEAVE THE PROPERTY??) and the second bag was never returned. The bag that was returned had been opened and my medicine had been removed out of a pill pouch. The story was the a man from Thailand had accidentally taken our bags from the luggage room, and then left for home (so then why was one bag returned to us within 20 minutes?) So disappointed in the staff and how they handled what is very likely a theft or at least a gross mishandling of personal property. Do not leave any items in the care of this hotel that you care to see again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, staff and breakfast were excellent.
Cons: There were some foreign hairs on the shower walls. It could have used a proper cleaning.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Checkin was easy and staff friendly. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were nice but otherwise breakfast was very ordinary. Reasonably short walk (about 5 blocks) to main bus station.
Cons: No soap, shampoo or conditioner were provided , the shower needed to be hand held so it was extremely difficult to wash your hair and there was mould in the corners of the extremely small shower. The fam came on very loudly with the bathroom light so disturbed partner during the night.
7.9 Good
Pros: The place was clean and the owners were great. We personally thought it was a bit expensive
7.1 Good
Pros: Cleanliness, service, bed was comfortable
Cons: Low noise insulation from neighboring rooms and street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Waited for us till very late (23:00+), told us nice place for food late in the night ( though we went a bit too late for the recommendation), and let us deposit luggages for a few days. Breakfast starts early enough for the early bus at 7:00 am. Takes both cash and credit card for USD. Room spacious and very clean.
Cons: Couldn’t think of one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to both the town and bus terminal. Staff offered freshly-cooked scramble eggs at breakfast.
Cons: Couldn’t think of one.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is less than ten minutes from town centre. Scrambled eggs provided for Breakfast. Room was warm and spacious.
Cons: Street where hotel is located is a bit run down but much of the town is also run down. Don't be alarmed when arrive. I would stay here again if in the area but Peurto Natales is a must when touring Argentina.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms, beds super-comfy friendly stuff, take your longboard/skateboard there in a skate bowl next to hotel :)
Cons: Sauna - sorry but only 50 deg C in SAUNA?? i checked 2 days in the row, so sauna is a joke there... In the "SPA" area there was nobody to just explain ... you switch on the jacuzzi by yourself, it was cold there ( September ), the "SPA" is nice looking , just a touch of interest from the staff is missing. They knew I am going up there, but - no interest. I think they should have at least one longboard/skateboard for guests interested in riding the skate-bowl nearby :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful as was the spa !! Spectacular views from our room , the restaurant and the spa. Would highly recommend this hotel .
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Cons: Extra bed in room is too expensive
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean, rooms have an extraordinary view over the ocean and the mountains. Forniture is modern and rustic at the same time. The staff is very welcoming, they have helped us with advices , always available for any issues. Breakfast great as well. One day when we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast they have prepared us take-away goodies bag.
Cons: The Spa was too cold, unfortunately. This for sure has to do with the fact that we have traveled to Patagonia during winter time.
6.3 Good
Pros: Spa was closed for long term maintenance for both our visits and nobody told us - found out it’s closed for winter - poor show
7.5 Good
Cons: Understaffed restaurant Lousy wifi No offstreet parking Unapologetic staff I suspect underlying issue is poor management
8.0 Excellent
Cons: AT NIGHT, THE WATER SERVICE WAS INTERRUPTED FOR, AT LEAST, A COUPLE OF HOURS. EVEN WHEN THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TRIED TO SOLVE THE SITUATION THERE WAS NO ALTERNATIVE/REDUNDANT WATER SYSTEM IN PLACE. THE STAFF EXPLAINED IT WAS A PROBLEM FROM THE MUNICIPALITY WATER SERVICE. I THINK THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM HAD NEVER OCURRED BEFORE AND THE HOTEL WAS NOT READY TO SOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a view of the water and snow capped mountains so was stunning. I loved the decor which was all very rustic, almost like a log cabin effect. The bed so comfy. We are at the restaurant which was stunning.

Pros: Super helpful and lovely host Paola and staff, helping us out in many areas. They were flexible enough to accomodate our changing plans. Paola is a real expert in the Puerto Natales area and has many connections to agencies and other services. During our W-Trek we could store our unused luggage in their storage room. The hostel offers a spacious common area and serves complete breakfast.
