Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location close to local attractions and the convention center. However, several reviews noted disappointment with the lack of complimentary breakfast, issues with amenities such as the pool and hot water, and concerns about cleanliness in some areas. While the service and location received high marks, improvements could be made in breakfast offerings and maintaining amenities.
