Not good and slow internet connection. Very noisy street and rooms. Not so clean bathroom.
Clean rooms Friendly staff
There is no Elevator in the hotel, so if you have luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs to your room, The water in the shower does not get very hot nor does it stay hot for a long time. Hotel is about a 15 minutes walk from the city center (incase you plan to walk around) Room was small, even for 2 people and bed sheets were thin.
The location is good. We got information from hotel staff on how to reach the hotel from Central Train Station by tram which is very convenience. The staff are also helpful to give useful information.
I requested for a non-smoking room but I got the room with very strong smoking smell! I had to open the window to dilute the smell.
Two things - 1) the price. 33 Euro in Prague, at short notice, was excellent. 2) the reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Goran gave me maps and a lot of precise information about the public transport that really helped me during my 2 days in Prague.
1) The room was cold at night. The small oil heater provided did not provide sufficient heat. 2) The mattresses were thin and lumpy - I did not sleep well.
The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and most importantly the fact that I felt safe there.
The noisy neighbors. I found that there were a lot of people that came in throughout the night and were drunk, singing in the stairways and making a lot of noise which woke me up several times during the night. There could be a more tighter security in this aspect.
Cheap and clean. Not far from Main Station (Hlavniy Nadrazy).
.No elevator. Cold in the room. Far from centre of thr city.
The hotel was very clean but not luxurious. It is ideal for people who don't require to spend a lot of time in their room and need only a base.
it was very close to town and had a few good local pubs round the hotel that did good food and cheap beer. definatly not a hotel for a family
the staff were not helpful at all.
Nice and quiet quarter, close to the bus station, and not too far from the city center. Clean rooms.
No remote control for the so-called "satellite TV" which actually consists of 5-6 German channels only. Limited amount of hot water (unannounced in advance).
comfort is not enough
We liked the free internet available in the lobby.
Of the five hotels we stayed at during our two weeks in Europe, this was the only one that did not include breakfast.
It was veryclean and smart
I was not happy with the fire safety situation.
