Cons (-) Not good and slow internet connection. Very noisy street and rooms. Not so clean bathroom.

Cons (-) There is no Elevator in the hotel, so if you have luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs to your room, The water in the shower does not get very hot nor does it stay hot for a long time. Hotel is about a 15 minutes walk from the city center (incase you plan to walk around) Room was small, even for 2 people and bed sheets were thin.
