The location. The apartment is inside of a vila near a tree curtain alongside a highway. The nearby surroundings are very relaxing and the fresh air and calm is guaranteed. The host was very kind and understanding. The bathroom was very clean and spacious....the best thing of that room.
The room needs a little refurbishing. Everything inside the room looked old and unattended. The carpet on the floor was full of dust and seemed antique.
Good access to public transport. Quite region. The key for the room was left in the little key safe as promised.
We did not see any staff during our stay. Several times electricity was gone, one socket did work and we had no chance to tell the staff personally. The entrance looks very bad. In front of the main door is a lot of garbage, which does not help you to feel welcome. In the whole building was a bad smell (fish?).
Location was convenient for an event l was attending. The refrigerator and cooking equipment was good and useful.
When I tried to take a shower there was no hot or even slightly warm water. I never saw any breakfast. I did not interact with any staff. The clock was noisy - I removedl the battery each evening. The only English language stations on the TV were Bloomberg (financial news), Al Jazeera English (which I appreciated) and NHK English. Most of the listed channels didn't work.
Room was basic and clean. All good. The issue was the bed - not sure what it was whether the bed or the sheets but was bitten extensively. Not something that usually happens to me even when I camp. So needs looked at.
