The hotel is absolutely beautiful exterior and interior. The rooms are really clean and tidy thanks to the hard work of the cleaning team. The reception staff are so friendly polite and really helpful.
I wish I could’ve stayed more nights.
Location was good; 10 minutes from the old town square, with a tram line right outside the hotel to take you to the castle. The room was spotless and we found the beds extremely comfortable! Also a pharmacy and a Tesco on the same street for you to get anything you might need. It's a fairly busy street but we heard no noise from outside all night so would say it's pretty quiet.
Everything was lovely
The hotel and the rooms were immaculate and the breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Hotel staff were very friendly and the location was very good, within walking distance of the Old Town and Charles Bridge. The staff on the Reception were fantastic, we went with a friend who was suffering with a back problem before we went and it got worse while we were there, he could not get out of bed one morning. The hotel staff on Reception called an ambulance for him and it arrived within 11 minutes, they spoke to the ambulance drivers to ensure his wife could go with him to the hospital. At the hospital they gave him pain relief and gave him a prescription for stronger pain killers, he was back at the hotel within a few hours saying they could not fault the doctors and the treatment they had received. The hotel staff kept asking how he was and nothing was too much trouble. We then had a problem with our transfer not turning up to take us back to the Airport, Youseff on Reception kept trying to ring them for us and when we could wait no longer, he called the company they used and an Uber arrived within 5 minutes. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for all their help during our stay.
Nothing - exceeded our expectations in every way.
