Set in a nice residential area. It's far enough from the tourist hotspots (about 25 mins walk through a lovely park and over the river). Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. We also stumbled across another huge park that had bars, cafe and music venue. The transport links were good with tram stop just outside serving most parts of the city. Pros (+) The hotel was definitely worth how much we paid for -free breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods.
Cons (-) there is no way it is a 4 star hotel. -no room service -no queen/king bed. they just put two twin beds together -wifi was terrible on the fourth floor
