Set in a nice residential area. It's far enough from the tourist hotspots (about 25 mins walk through a lovely park and over the river). Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. We also stumbled across another huge park that had bars, cafe and music venue. The transport links were good with tram stop just outside serving most parts of the city.
