Staff, location, breakfast. The pride was great for the services that they offered us.

The hotel is close to the tram. We get umbrella when it was needed. Last day we put the luggage in the reception to keep it while we enjoy the last hours in Prague.
The check in was not fluent. The half of the booking price was preliminary taken from the card, and the reception asked me to pay the rest money despite we was just arrived and even haven't seen the room. Usually we pay when we check out. It was told 'This is our rule'. Finally i get chance to get the key and take a slight look on the room, while my partner was standing in reception... In the room the bad sheet was overused, and it had darns in it. The TV was not working. The door was glued and assembled like it was broken into the room, and the door was repaired instead of changing it. The breakfast sentiment is not satisfactory especially the coffee. The other sentiment is just poor and minimalist.

Staff was friendly
Pictures doesn't match at all with what the room really looks like, is a very old property with bad showers in a small room, all the floor was flooded after a shower. Tv doesn't work, the safe was behaving weird. Breakfast in the basement was horrible without options of food and the olace smells mold.

The fridge was in for repair, no tea or coffee in room, bugs in the chair.

The position of the hotel - brilliant, you can walk into historical town, to the shops, beautiful park for run or walk. The bathroom is XL and beautiful, spacious room. The hotel provides kettle facility in the room, not every 4 stars or 3 stars in Prague offers it. Hotel staff at the reception and restaurant friendly and very helpful.
