I cannot believe that it is authorised to have rooms without windows, or better with windows towards an internal corridor. unbelieveable!
Very good selection at breakfast, from cooked ingredients to standard European style, all delivered via a well stocked buffet style.
The staff were incredible and so helpful. Very top notch. The breakfast had everything you could ask for.The location was by all the sites and easy to walk to. They help make Prague a visit to remember
Location was great for getting around to main attractions. Breakfast was good.
They turned off the central air because people complained it was cold but the room we had was very hot with no air circulating. Was told to open windows but way to noisy on street with bars, traffic and people as well as the tram to sleep. My suggestion would to keep central air on to circulate air and have people turn up the temperature.
The hotel was beautifully furnished, clean and the beds were very comfortable. In a nice position overlooking the river.easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel did not point out in their description, that there were two bars and a nightclub directly under the hotel. The music was so loud and went through the night, until 5am. The room vibrated with the thudding of the music, so consequently very little sleep. We were on the third floor, so feel for anyone on the lower floors. The hotel reception were made aware of the noise but just said sorry, no offer of room change. Expensive considering it’s noisy position. I wouldn’t stay here again. Bizarrely in the room booklet, it asks for guests to be considerate to other guests, and keep quiet between 10pm-7am. It’s not the guests you have to be worried about! Ear-plugs do not stop the noise and thudding!!
