Absolutely the rudest staff imaginable, especially the manager, who literally screamed at his own guests. The shower didn't drain (ever, not even in the second room they begrudgingly put us in) and they also had the brilliant idea of placing a mother and 23 year old son in the same bed. And they wondered why we were unhappy. To top it all off, this sub-par and pathetic establishment had hands down the worst breakfast buffet we encountered throughout a 45 day expedition through Europe. If you want a highly unpleasant bump in your vacation, this dump is your ticket to ride.
Clean, renovated and comfortable and friendly staff
Breakfast is nothing to boast about, the staff speak some English but not much
I was presented with a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room and instead of standard room they gave me a suite. Nice surprise!
Breakfast was dissapointing. Not enough choice and rather medium if not low quality of food. At 9.30, 30min before the breakfast finishes food was all gone and there was nothing much left for those who came down for breakfast late.
Really Great!!! I was ordered 2 single rooms, but we get 2 doubles + complimentary shampagne for this price!!! Rooms are perfect, one was with 7m balcony! 7 min walk to center. 5 minutes to Underground. Unfortuanlly, we was in Prague just one night, but next time I know where I stay!
The room was much larger than I thought it would be. I was travelling alone and it felt luxurious.
The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing in that it sometimes did not look appetizing. There was also not a logic in how the buffet was laid out. But it still got the job done of starting my day with some food in me.
