Quiet clean and pleasant.
Large room and bathroom. Secure parking on site but limited spaces. Huge breakfast selection. Tram/underground stop right outside (close to main train station as well) but can also walk to Wenceslas Square. Wifi available as well as 2 terminals.
There was a private parking place that we used for 12 euros per day. Very close to the metro station.
The room and the reception place was too small. The one lady in the reception wasn't very pleasant.
Most of the hotel crew was nice and helping. They gave me details about the tranportation to places i wanted to go. They gave me an extra hour to leave to room on the last day. Also it was very easy to get to the hotel with public transportation, either with tram, or metro, or bus. There were 24 hours open supermarket, McDonalds, KFC very near. The room was big and clean enough.
At my arrival i realised they had booked me a room in the attic, which triggered my claustrophobia so i told reception to change it and they did. That was a good thing, but when i got my second room i felt a smell in the room so i got back to reception and told the young guy to change it again (i couldn't tell him it was smelly in my room because i was shy to say it). Then he asked me in an annoying way "what my problem was". Well, i did have no problem, it was not a fault to have claustrophobia and not a fault not want to stay in a smelly room. I think he was a little bit rude to me. Anyway, later on i stayed at that room, i opened the window, took fresh air into, smell disappeared and the rest was ok.
Good hotel, close to the center of the city. They offer parking in their garage which is a must in Prague as it seems very hard to find parking spots.
