The Lince Azores Great Hotel

Breakfast is until 10:30 AM. However, guests are not told that by 10:30 AM staff starts taking everything off the buffet and that by 10:40 AM lights are shut down – even with people seated at the tables and enjoying their breakfast. This is surely a lack of respect to those seated down as there is not even a simple information from the staff saying that they need to close the breakfast room. There is no direct access from the rooms to the SPA and swimming pool area. Guests have to use the elevator to the Ground Floor and then use another one to get to the SPA and swimming pool area. This means that it does not make much sense for guests to walk around the Lobby Area in their Ropes as this is also a Hotel that receives Conferences! Even though the SPA area does offer guests changing rooms, these are not equipped with safes to keep our things. Hotel has a small private access road to their front door. Free Parking is available on the left hand side of this access road and around of the hotel are many available free parking spaces. The hotel itself offers parking at a very low rate. However, guests park wild on his tiny stretch of access road not allowing, in case of emergency, ambulances or firefighters to have access to the Hotel. This is simply outrages, especially when the main emergency exit cannot be open as vehicles simply park in front of it. Being this a private access belonging to the Hotel, there should be a control on this wild parking avoiding any future disaster.
