Pros: Very bright, spacious, and clean! Pretty and on the beach. Big restrooms that were very clean.

Cons: Getting and returning towels for the pool was a little tiresome.

Pros: Check in was very smooth, everything to do with the resort was explained fully and we were directed where to get provisions etc

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: This resort appears to be remodeled recently. It was very nice both room and common areas. We did have some issues with the AC however the staff was very responsive and they made it right with us. The resort is right on the beach and there are cabanas, chairs, jet skis, and paddle boards available for fair rent. The staff was a 10 our of 10 very personable and you really felt they cared about you and your stay.

Pros: The cleanliness,the location,and the spacious apartment.

Pros: The location, right by the Atlantic, is lovely, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but it’s the staff who make it so special, all supe friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

Pros: Nice rooms, super comfy beds, lovely helpful staff, good breakfast, nice pool area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars if you want a change. Right on the beachfront. All good!

Pros: The location. The people at the front desk varied. Some made you feel that they were happy to help, others not so. The beach was nice. The pool area was good. Happy hour was okay. You have to do self serve at the bar to get Happy Hour deals.

Cons: The room had no coffee maker or supplies. It lacked basic perks. The front desk had no sundries. No free breakfast. We ordered off the menu. The waiter had too many tables. After he finally got to us we waited 25 minutes for our food. A Days Inn offers more amenities than this place. The food was better and a lower price at the Seaside Grill about two blocks away. I expected a lot more for the price.

Cons: Parking should be included at those prices, elevators need to be updated they shake bad and do not feel very safe.

Pros: Breakfast was superb.

Pros: I think I was overcharged and would like to speak to someone at booking.

Cons: The mandatory beach chair and pool fee of 20.00 per day was ridiculous since we didn’t need. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms very late - about the time I was back for the day and getting ready for dinner. They did not provide our 2 bottles of water a day. Did not refill our coffee station and the shower was not properly cleaned. Pretty sure they overcharged me for the room. Also very thin walls. Could hear entire conversations when neighbours in their rooms.

Cons: The hotel alarm went off at 4:40 & they evacuated the entire hotel. We stood outside for 45 minutes freezing to death. The whole experience was a disaster. They only had 1 parking attendant working for 150 families trying to get their vehicles. Also, they offered zero apologies or anything for the fire alarm debacle. Pompano Beach Marriot was awful!

Pros: everyone was so friendly

Pros: The proximity to the beach was great. The front desk staff was very pleasant and especially accommodating to our needs.

Cons: The patio doors should be part of routine housekeeping. The restaurant pricing was high for the food quality, especially the breakfast buffet. Also, the valet parking seemed overpriced compared to similar ocean front properties;but the valets were great.

Pros: Location is great. Quiet part of the beach. The property and rooms are very comfortable and decorated in beach motif.

Cons: Valet parking only at almost $30 per day.

Pros: Location was better than I could have imagined. Right on the beach. To go walking/running all we had to do was step out there front door. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: In some ways, the building showed it's age.

Pros: Perfect location right on the beach. Friendly atmosphere and nice heated pool. We loved the all the small details that made this place feel like home for a while.

Cons: A bit old. The sofa bed did not fit two kids, but we got an extra matress the second day.

Pros: Room was nice, clean, no bugs of any kind :-) Outside is very outdated Location is perfect .. 20 steps to ocean Lots of free beach stuff to use which is nice for kiddies

Pros: There was no breakfast.

Pros: one of the few motels directly ON the beach, which we prefer. Location was close enough to walk to several choices for meals and the room/suite was comfortable for the most part. Loved having the two bathrooms. We did not cook there, but it looked like a very decent supply of dinnerware and cooking supplies were supplied. The water pitcher that was already full and in the fridge was a nice surprise and definitely came in handy ! Being able to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach was great and the price was fair since nothing was "fancy". the outdoor seating was very nice to have and comfortable as well.

Cons: A/C in the bedroom would not run for long, on/off, on/off but at least it worked, although quite noisy. Paper towels not supplied in the kitchen, one roll would be nice. Was sorry the hot tub was not available, especially since the weather was cooler than normal

Cons: Not meeting health code requirements! And $200 a night!!!! Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet did not work. Ants were crawling on the sink. Mold, grime and filth were everywhere. Was never made aware that the room was not renovated and it was in that condition. My wife and I arrived late with no one on duty. Provided feedback and hotel didn’t care at all. Outside picture is actually a picture of my wife’s leg bitten while in the room

Cons: My only complaint would be that I could not turn my tv on. I was on business and not watching it anyway but wanted to point that out.

Cons: Have stayed in the sands for business over the past 20 years and have accepted all there problems and run down conditions, for the great location close to work area. But the SANDS has moved to whole new level of a sh....t hole. Showed up on Friday night to check in and had a huge argument with the parking lot attendant, and had to park half in the street, to go check in. They have always had a parking issue with the folks going to bar taking all the spots, in there very small parking lot, and no spaces for anyone staying at the hotel. NOW they have a fee of $17 a day for parking and still do not have any spots for the folks that stay at the hotel, as a guest you pay $17 a day also, and not guaranteed a spot to park. You must let the parking attendant park your car!! I was not letting them drive my company truck full of thousands dollars of tools and merchandise. This became a big issue. So parked almost in the street, and headed for the entrance. Which is closed!! The entire place is tore up , you have to enter from the side of the building that is very old and run down. Made it to the front desk where this very rude young woman told me that is how it is, and I was informed that the elevators were not working, so to show me they put me on the 7th floor, which we had to hike up with our bags, after working all day. Good thing we are in great shape. But she did go outside with me and got the parking attendant to let me park my own vehicle. The elevators have always been an issue, when you got in you just hoped you made it to your floor. While walking the stairs was told by other travelers the elevators have been down all day. The rooms are very old and run down and at $269 a night, are no longer worth the problems and issues. The food was bad and double price from last year. I hate say I will no longer be staying here and telling everyone I know the same, pass the word!! Stay Away!! David

Cons: Pre check in was a pain in the butt. They keep telling my name don’t show on the credit card in the reservation making me feel like I’m not the CC holder. Check out I have to give them again my card for the reservation the card that I paid for and ID AGAIN!!!!

Pros: Views of Marina. Very Professional and helpful staff.
