Hotel was nice. Very friendly staff. Our room on the third floor was very hot. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. They did send someone to look at it but it didn’t help. The room was good. It was not very clean and the hotel cleaning staff is very slow. They wouldn’t clean the room until 5 or 6 at night. One night it didn’t get cleaned at all.

Pros (+) I like the location and amenities this resort has to offer. Even down to the juice bar at the lower level
Cons (-) This place was packed to maximum capacity. They had people by the packs lining every corridor, lobby and everywheee in between. I’ve never seen so many bell man carts stacked in a row anywhere. Thank goodness I had elite status and pre-signed in on-line for their mobile key. Or so I thought...we arrived at 5:30 pm and despite all this pre-check in key nonsense our room after a day of travel wasn’t...
