I liked the ambiance and the location of the hotel. Most employees were friendly

First, $5000 pesos disappeared from our luggage the first day we were there. We know for fact it was the cleaning lady. It was brought to the attention of front desk supervisor. A report was filed. They said they would check the cameras. It was concluded that the only people to enter our room was myself and my 2 family members and the cleaning lady. The hotel supervisor suggested that maybe one of us took the money. Second, checked out yesterday and upon checking my credit card statement this morning, I see the hotel charged my card twice. This is not a pending charge. They actually charged twice. I called them and they said they would look into it. I've already let me bank know Third, The shower pressure sucked, literally would take 20 minutes in the shower because the water pressure sucked, barely any water coming out from shower and water temperature was either freezing cold or steaming hot no matter where you put the lever.

Very comfortable the bed.

For the price you can get a better hotel where they can threat you better.

The location is really good! Beds are super comfortable. The pool area is great for chilling out and taking the sun! And breakfast was pretty good too!

Facilities need maintenance...its and old hotel and you can tell! The shower goes from super hot to super cold in 3 seconds and there is no way to control it...and it seems like this happens in all of the rooms! The toilet in our room was not working properly either!
