Everything was great!!
The breakfast and food was excelent. The location was amazing. Definitely, I'll be back!
All was perfect
Great facilities for families with childrens
Facillities, food, location, cleanliness.
Dont expect to have a big beach area. The internet isn't good at all and they charge for it. The juice in the restaurants isn´t natural and the taste could be better.
The location was pretty
Reminding staff to clean our room.
Beware the fine print
Place looked good. Really Clean.
Grounds too big. Too much walked by to get anywhere. Staff pretends to care but really doesn't Beware of the tours they are very misleading Not a whole lot too do on the massive grounds Very reminiscent of a low budget cruise ship. A lot of money spent on beauty of hotel but not anything that benefits the guest. Food ok at best No beach besides the man made one. Which is not actually on the beach. The ruins look man made and there are rocks all along the real beach. Don't expect sand. There is none. Don't expectt any major benefit to staying here because of proximity to Excaret. There isn't a major benefit because you have to pay extra for Xcaret just like anyone else would. The unlimited experience is a trap to get you to go for 3 days. Don't waste your 350.00. I could go on and on. We complained about things to staff to no concern

A very nice resort in a beautiful location. The grounds were large enough to have lots of activity...or find quiet areas to relax
Very nice and relaxing!
All the outlets in our rooms did not work well.
