Rojo at the front was the best part. He helped us call a taxi, gave directions and is our new friend. The pool space was nice for pictures and cooling off. The bed was decent and the mini fridge definitely came in handy.
We had no hot or running water the first night, the toilet was weak and overall the bathroom wasn’t up to par. The breakfast was a DIY sandwich and cereal station. There are no phones in the room and we were on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator), so if you needed anything you had to go down but luckily we had receptions phone number so we could use our personal devices.

Good location, about 8 minutes walk to the 5th ave, 10 minutes to the beach, and there is big supermarket right next to the hotel. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable. They are cleaning every day. The staff is really nice and helpful.
The street was really noisy, it is hard to sleep at night and I cannot enjoy the balcony (where you can find only one chair). There is no kettle in the room. Poor breakfast, there is only coffee, 1 cup of orange juice (which was very tasty) salami, bread, jam, cereals and banana, every morning. The wifi was not working in my room, but I can use it in the lobby.

I really like this place as it is excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The guys in reception are always very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is lovely with great views. There are amazing places to have breakfast across the road. It is just outside tourist ville so feels a bit more local which is what we like. Many taco places and supermarkets.
Shower door opens out so the floor gets a bit wet.
