Pros:The staff was exceptionally helpful and efficient especially Berenice. She called/e-mailed my tour companies so that my vacation went smoothly. She also recommended the Caribe cruise to Cozumel which was a nice morning get-away .My room was spacious. The A/C worked well. The housekeeping staff was efficient and HONEST. This property was a short walk away from the beach and the annoying salespeople. There is a MEGA grocery store a block from the hotel as well as restaurants. If I go back to Playa del Carmen, this property would receive serious consideration for a return visit.

Pros:On a main thoroughfare a few blocks inland from Avenida Quinta- Playa's ground zero of restaurants, bars, & shopping- this small hotel ignores its off-the-beaten-tourist-track surroundings and charms guests as though it was still its opening day. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and cheerful, and the pictures on the web are absolutely accurate. Amid all the building and growth in Playa, small family-owned places like this will become much rarer. Go now and enjoy!
